He’s in a dilemma doesn’t know what to do but act creepy. He seems to be an heir as well. I’m thinking he’s the enemy’s heir. I don’t think he has feelings for Xiao Qiao yet maybe fall for her personality in the later episode.

I don’t think Wei Yan is a bad character like you all think. He has his own reason for acting that way. He could have killed Wei Shao when he’s sleeping but he didn’t. (Although, he probably wouldn’t have succeeded) anyways he did tell that guy, who snuck in, no one can touch his cousin. And at the ending credits, Wei Yan was hugging his grandma while she was sobbing. He even told the dude that the grandma was the one who raised him. He seems to have some conscience and care about his grandma and Wei Shao. He has beef with them but won’t harm them. He seems to be jealous of Wei Shao but can’t do much since he feels he doesn’t belong in that mansion. It seems he’s trying to figure out his identity. Who he really is
