I thought BJ will have this tough expressionless character, but she is communicative and feel like she is begging to be saved by her miserable life. Her father, my "haraabuji" from Navillera, is good at comforting as always.
KJ is extremely dashing, if not hot. I don't find him hot. But he does have aura that twist eyes. I don't know how his character going to unfold, and how he is gonna fall for FL, they have huge age-gap, but it doesn't bother me at all, because they look great together.
KJ and BJ meeting in last scene, had my heart flutter, don't know if infidelity is there, which I hope not, but she is too miserable to see anything else, when time comes, I am afraid she will try to survive by reaching out to anything. or to anyone.
Just remember, if pilot episode has winter in it, and sadness, that series is going to be best.

This is not a confirmation but it is uncannily resembles Japanese book No Longer Human (also known as Disqualified or Disqualified From Being Human) which were titles of this series as well, before English title became Lost but Korea title still translates to original meaning.
So you gonna love this if you love dark elements of human. Because the characters in the series are not good by nature even though they are at their darkest phase, you might not feel sympathy towards them.
This characters in series does not insist beacuse of their experiences that others are all wrong and they alone are right. On contrary they records with devastating honesty their transgression of a code of human conduct which they cannot fathom.

I am getting close to all the drama, but I found YiDing very dangerous, after all the experience of films and series, I am sure he is not in his tru forms. What I truly love and adore is cutie-pie is Er Qiang, he is fucking innocent, with this look in his face that he is going to jump for the things he is going to do. He is loyal, hardworking, quiet, he ducks him, keep his pain with him, and follows his brother, because he knows how much Yi Cheng has had to sacrifice for them. I just wish, he has happy ending now that liar bitch is gone.

Yes, sexuality is not black and white, but BL is "male-male romance media marketed to women" through out the Asia. So the perspective is completely from a female point of view.
That is why I always perceive these series as "normal" who does not have specific plot-lines going on "gay for you" tag. And by normal I mean, a series without any marking, just a plan love story, going through all hardships and problems.

This series does not have "I am gay for you only" fantasy. This is about two people always in love, grew with each other and solidified their position with time. So it is simple series for me, a "romantic-drama" series.

One of the best series to come out. It was not a BL for me, it was normal series for me. The camerawork did tell us the setting in 2001, to onwards. Both lead actors were stunning, gorgeous and so caring for each other.
When first episode aired, Nut was literally child, but as time passed and they transformed to adulthood, he really looked an adult. Makeup and hairstyling department, did a fantastic job there.
I am sorry, but Mean is not suited for acting, he does have a talent in direction, writing and filmmaking process. I am looking forward to his next venture anyway.
It may be slow for people and 6-7 episodes took only memories and missing pieces of story, but it was needed and it completed the story. And may be the end will be abrupt for someone or feel incomplete, for other couple, but they did it purposely to leave the door open for second season. A must series for everyone.

HFM still hasn’t learned, If she did what she did to her boyfriend, I will definitely not talk to her, and take this seriously. But looks like they showed it very lightly. You delete someone years of work, out of pure jealously and behaving childishly, I defiantly don’t want to be with that person.
Plus, to be her boyfriend is too tiring. She is immature, and if writer want to show this type of character, then a development in character is direly needed. Because in real life, no one can be with such high maintenance person who is a spoil brat and doesn’t learn properly.
If wings are cut you can’t fly, but if you let them grow too much, they can’t life you, that is why trimming is important… at every stage of life you have to trim yourself to be free.
It must be so difficult for JMD to sing in a bad voice when she can sing with such grace and great vocal.
I wish in last episode she sings with her original voice and writer make this a plot twist taut she hid her ho ie purposesly but that would very far fetched imagination, right?
