it’s good to see finally HJM not playing a poor, miserable and always troubled character and LJh not a jerk, grey, betrayer, nosy and somewhat villainous character.

I dropped this mess after 2 episodes and returned for the JoNorth storyline, but even then had to ff a lot because…
It’s saddening to say, but it’s true—when he was paired with Santa, my heart sank. Santa was an amazing actor, and I’m glad he moved to GMMTV and got paired with someone equally talented. That said, 12% was a good series for me.

This is not to undermine Earth, but perhaps he is better suited for another type of TV or film medium—acting might not be his strongest suit.

Bas comes from a long lineage of actors, so he has somewhat inherited the profession. However, he, too, isn’t a particularly strong actor.

Pond, on the other hand, is an incredibly talented actor—professional and highly skilled. It’s disappointing to see someone of his caliber paired with Earth, as it feels like a mismatch.

Rotten Tomatoes giving this series an 82% rating is yet another example of how out of touch these so-called critics are when it comes to evaluating foreign content. Time and again, these Western reviewers inflate ratings for foreign series simply because they lack the cultural context or genuine understanding of the material. It’s as if they’re afraid to critique it honestly for fear of being labeled ignorant or intolerant.

SG2 was a pale shadow of its predecessor, offering nothing of substance or innovation to warrant such a high rating. This blind obsession with fake diversity and forced inclusion has turned Hollywood into a hypocritical echo chamber. Instead of genuinely embracing different cultures and stories, they slap a high rating on subpar or outright bad content from foreign countries to check a box and deflect accusations of racism or exclusion.

It's not genuine appreciation; it's performative at best and patronizing at worst. Hollywood's virtue signaling is doing more harm than good, reducing meaningful cultural exchange to token gestures and empty accolades. If they truly cared about diversity, they’d hold foreign content to the same standards as their own rather than giving undeserved praise in the name of political correctness.

I’m quite certain now that Earth is only suited for vlogs, live shows, and other forms of entertainment. His acting skills, unfortunately, seem quite limited—they can only take him so far, but not much further. His range is restricted, and it’s unlikely he’ll surpass that in this lifetime.

I hope he knows what he’s doing because, personally, I find his acting and over-the-top expressions unappealing. Acting is about embodying a character, not simply showcasing your true self. If you bring too much of yourself into a role, it defeats the purpose of acting, which is to breathe life into the characters you portray.

I thought johan was an only child
thats what I heard, but since Ger is too casual with him, like other don't dare to disturb him, I thought they are family.

In the series P'Prang said that Johan is an only child so I don't think that they are brothers. Since Ger did…
hope so...its get out soon, heard director is not returning, as novel writer posted a lengthy tweet that many scenes and story arc changed from the script he proofread and what was approved...so I don't know when part 2 comes out and contains other 2 novels.

Because Toonfah and Typhoon clearly share history, as soon as they across paths, they avoid each other become serious all of sudden, so I am very curious now what happened tot them.

this is a great show with all its flaws and typical BL elements. I realized Kong acts and talks the same in real life as well...which looked cringy but after sometimes into first episode you get used to it, as he acts well and does his job as cute bottom.

I can't criticize TBL on such basis, as it is their main ingredient, so we are used to it, its not like we are submitting it to the Oscars, people need to chill and see it for the amazing chemistry, decent typical story and happily bearable side characters.

Plus Kong-Thom and Auau-Save chemistry were already insane in the reality show they did to pick their partners, even if it may have been scripted but damn they are good at making their chemistry ooze out like honey.

Love it, can't wait for next episode and see how p'Fah is head over heals with Teerak. Just looking at Teerak, feels like he can bring stars for him, he has that kind of love for him. Damelicious acting to convey their emotions through their characters.

tell me something, Johan and Ger are brothers???? The way he calls Johan and knows about him everything and calls him P which seems like not a senior-junior P but a brother's P...are they brothers???

its a one spring night with a different version, HJM choose the same script with just different characters...OSN was slice of life, as the whole vibe was peaceful and sad and happiness...this one is not that...plus it has SFL whose face is just cunning and she played recently an annoying character that I don't want to see her in nasty role again, hope she play fare not a nasty bitch/mom.
Lily Alice Jan 2, 2025
It all feels ambiguous, as if she was instructed to write in this manner. I don’t even want to delve into the details of what she endured. Even though she is now with a new company, she still can’t bring herself to use direct words to hold the right person—or people—accountable for the toll they’ve taken on her personality and life. It’s disheartening that she even felt the need to write this, given everything she’s still going through.

I sincerely wish her a full recovery, true happiness, and the strength to find her own path to joy. Whether that means continuing in the same industry—which she clearly loves—she deserves unwavering support for her choices. Let’s rally behind her wholeheartedly and hope she finds peace and fulfillment in her journey.

1 - when do leads will be together?2 - is there love triangle? if there how much deep it is ?3 - is there any…
1-leads were together by 11-12 ep again but fully by 16 ep.
2-Two people interested in ML-FL, butt hey didn't get lot of screen time, 1 died, 1 is the main villain, till end, but it is bearable.
3-no breakup as it happened in past and they got back again
4-Yes but 2FL more, but it is not apparent, like it happened in past, but she was handled smoothly. Also 2ML is cunning, he was able to succeed in seprating ML-FL, but he himself never got a chance to be with FL. There are no such scenes between FL-2ML, so watchable.
5-2nd couple, leads best friends, they are married already
6-leads best friends
8-yes
On Squid Game Season 2 Jan 1, 2025
Don’t get me wrong, but the charm of this show initially lay in its reliance on lesser-known or relatively unknown actors, with only a few famous names in the lead. This made the storytelling feel authentic and grounded. However, as the show gained popularity, it seemed like everyone wanted to be a part of it. This influx of well-known faces somewhat undermined the presence of the original cast. While they performed their roles admirably, their characters often followed the same patterns as the rest of the cast—sharing similar stories and eventually fading away without leaving a lasting impression.

Except for TOP, no other actor managed to create a significant impact.

The second season, unfortunately, didn’t deviate much from the first. The storyline and character arcs felt repetitive, as though they were simply rehashing the same themes, which made it less engaging overall.

But Gong Yoo’s performance in a single episode stood head and shoulders above the entire cast. His portrayal was so captivating and nuanced that it left a lasting impression. He truly deserves recognition for this, and I hope he receives nominations at various award shows. It would be incredible to see him earn an Emmy nomination for Guest Actor—he truly deserves it.
