Should I watch this ... I'm seeing people complaining a lot about this season because of the staff interference!…
One of the reasons why His Man S2 was such a big success was the suspense in each episode on who will choose who. The producers for S3 are trying to capitalize on that by deliberately creating another love triangle and endless conflicts (thru the so-called "secret missions") and even casting exes on the show.
tbf i'm actually enjoying this season but I find some of the contestants extra infuriating this time lol.
I think the subtitles failed me once again. What does Myeongkyun's question to Minseon mean (iQiyi subs says "Are you a sunflower?" without providing context)
I think its understandable, it's only Day3, and it's a dating show. Seungmin did mention many times he'd like…
I probably got accustomed to the last two seasons, where most contestants just chose a target or two on day 1 and stuck by their choice to the end of the show. Seungmin is just a different breed lol
I think what stresses me out this season is that most of the contestants refuse to settle for one guy. First, though Hanmin expressed clear interest in Youngjoon, he implies that he wants to try dating the other men? I feel quite sad for Youngjoon since it looks like he wants to stick with Hanmin till the end. And then Seungmin? He finally chooses Hwi over Jaeseung by returning his phone call, and then hours later, he shows interest in Hanmin? Boy can't make up his damn mind and it infuriates me 😠He is soooo S2 Minseong coded. He should've picked a solo room if he had no other choice...
I feel better about Myeongkyun after seeing him in his date with Minseon, I felt that he shed off to some extent some of that bad juju surrounding him since he entered the house. However, what really bothered me is that he can't look Minseon in the eye, so his actions kinda struck me as insincere? I actually felt that he will not return Minseon's phone call (and I'm glad he did eventually). I also feel that not too many people are talking about Minseon, he and Seungjin are the most level-headed men in the house.
Also did anyone notice that they're giving TOO MUCH screentime to Jaeseung? the show clearly has its favorite...
The second Seongmin found out about Hwi's age, I had a feeling he wouldn't return his call, but it still HURT…
I've also noticed the disappointed look on Jaeseung's face whenever they are making phone calls! i've wondered if his face really looks like that or did he really expect everyone in the house to call him ? lol
dude jaesung is both interested in seongmin and hwi, but jaesung and hwi are also mutually interested but hwi…
Jaeseung was clearly turned off by Hwi's age in Ep. 3, but from the previews of the next eps I think Hwi will try to win him over. What he doesn't know is that Seungmin is also interested in Jaeseung and Jaeseung would much rather pick Seungmin over Hwi. Oh my god this is a kdrama-level mess
How funny would it be if Hwi and Seungmin ended up fighting for Jaeseung ? from the previews I think they're both interested in him, and Jaeseung feels the same way?
and Hanmin-Youngjoon. Who would've thought. I think I found a CP to root for.
I feel like something bad must have happened between Youngjoon and Myeongkyun in the past, the way Youngjoon reacts…
Myeongkyun is so unserious about the whole thing omg. kinda felt sad for Youngjoon. not to mention that MK called Hanmin not because he's interested in him but because he only wanted to know if he's interested in YJ
That surprise 2nd phone call is a trap, the producers are deliberately setting these guys up to cause drama, lol. I really loved how Youngjoon handled it though, very smart!
it's that time of the year again when I just had to make some strangers' lives MY business! lmao. It's too early to tell where this show's headed to, but with the success of S2, I think the producers had to do a LOT to not disappoint! take for instance, that exes drama that we are yet to see.
so far I've taken a liking to Seungjin, I love how he just keeps things real and he's just too funny in doing so. I have a feeling he'll end up as this season's Changmin or Jeongwook yet I hope they'll prove me wrong. Youngjoon is very S2 Seonwoo coded, but not as annoying, yet like I've said, we're still early in the show, so my opinion of him would most likely change later. Jaeseung's quite hard to interpret though, we'd better keep an eye on him. I feel he'll start a real MESS with Hwi and Seungmin. Minseon is also just as hard to read. He seems vain, but that's all the vibe I'm getting from him.
I honestly don't understand why this is highly rated... cute chemistry between the two leads and a gorgeous cinematography, but that's about it. dialogue sounds really awkward and there are points in the drama where things didn't make sense
It was short but I don’t feel that I’ve been short charged or anything.. all conflicts were resolved in the end. This would definitely go down as one of 2024’s best BL productions.
