I'm all caught up with my college work, but I'm really looking forward to watching all the episodes after watching all the previews. It's getting better and better.
The closeness between Bai-Hei Feng Xi is getting better and better, I get silly smiles every time they're on-screen together. And ML, God, such a smart, sweet, and competent man, I'm also looking forward to FL development.
Am I the only one who reckon Hei Fengxi looks better with his Hei Fengxi disguise, i.e. his hair down?
If you usually watch this kind of costume drama, you'll surely notice that ML usually don't look as atracttive as they would in modern dramas. No everybody can pull off the long hair , and hair bun (not sure if this is the name), but Yang Yang looks amazing in both! Hei Fengxi look is just a little bit better .
Bingo! I actually enjoy quite a lot of the politics, martial arts and scheming part, all thanks to our really capable and smart main leads, outsmarting everyone lol. I'm afraid of the angst though.

I think he's someone who always has in mind the bigger picture. As he decided to give the map to his father, he really did thought it through, I'm sure he didn't do it just for the reward and the excuse (surely, he would've found other ways). It was a really good move though, he even has an excuse for his martial arts. About his father, I actually think he's pretty competent and smart. At least, if you compare him to other king/emperor in other dramas, guy is up there. His biggest problem is that he has a big soft spot for the wicked queen, and I'm kind of certain that will be his doom.
