When I talked about getting distracted from her duties, I was referring to the time she went into isolation with XY while he (without her knowledge) was pretty much going to destroy the Heaven Realm. She also lost one of her artifacts... However, she was indeed capable and in the end protected well the world and stayed faithful to her responsibility and duties. Ofc, neither my understanding of her decisions makes it right for her to forbid people from falling in love, she had the best wishes in mind but it went completely wrong. Her affections towards XY distracted her from her responsibility as Primordial Lord and almost made her lose the world.
