melodramas. You can put Overdo and Fireworks of My Heart side by side and she would appear acting the same way.

People in that era may be poor but they still tried to look their best, especially if they get invited to other’s houses and events. FL’s fits in this show are definitely of the common folks, she just appear elegant with how she carries herself.

She’s kinda known for her natural acting and not being stiff on cam, a lot of veteran actors kept getting her for productions because of these. Also, she was scouted by Jackie Chan, and that was really impressive for someone with zero acting background. He met her in an acting academy she just enrolled in.

The haters really took no time rating this drama low. But as a fan of republican dramas, Overdo really is wayyyy up there. The script was divine. How I wish the director did great on the initial episodes for a better first impression.
