Oh yeah what is the text wu sent to chi’s mom. It doesn’t translate for me
Google Translate app on your phone is your friend. Just point your phone at the screen and it will translate it for you.

I laughed at the subtitle.“Darn it! The snake is poisonous.”Sir… unless you’re eating the snake like it’s…
It was "venomous" on Gaga. I think that was on the translator, not the script ;)

Please support it, Viki subscription is cheap
Gagaoolala or RevengedLove YT channel. Both require subscription. Please don't pirate it, the creators rely on us overseas audience to get their investment in this drama back. If you are poor, then wait until it's finished airing and go for a free trial subscription and binge it. Official views count.

I have a simple policy. I don't watch the stuff that I don't like. For Example, the whole A-B-O omegaverse and…
I agree. I've had discussions here on MDL lately with someone hating on another BL show without even watching the first episode, solely based on the synopsis (which to be fair was badly written and made it sound a lot worse than it turned out to be). It's fine to dislike a drama, but at least make sure you know what you're dissing? And why hang around arguing with people who have in fact watched it? Just to sit on your moral high horse and judge people?

Maybe I didn’t fully understand the events, but as much as I personally *"hate"* the character of Yue Yue, I…
By attempting to kill the snake, she absolutely betrays Chi Cheng. CC doesn't really care about her up to this point, but he tolerates her. But killing his only remaining "child" is definitely crossing a line, it is just as toxic as any other behaviour in this series, and Chi Cheng will be furious.

hey so i just saw on twiter that weibo removed the supertopic related to this series. this series isn't even halfway…
It's not on a Chinese platform, so I don't think they can. They can only ban it completely in mainland China, but they have no control over a Taiwanese and an American streaming site (Gaga and Viki). Not sure about the YT channel.

Yes, those crazy fans are the problem. Anyone with a bit of sense would understand what a bad idea that is under the circumstances. Not to mention how unsafe those poor actors must feel. I hope they will be okay.

I agree that it was very off-putting. I think that scene is there to establish Chi Cheng as a cold-blooded, dangerous bastard who doesn't really care about anything or anyone except for his snakes, and that he is extremely dangerous to cross... And then they give us clueless little Wu Suowei attempting to cross him... and then show us how differently Chi Cheng acts with WSW. The contrast is striking. But yeah, it could have been something else, it didn't have to be r4p3.
Chai Jidan's characters are always extreme and over the top, almost like caricatures, and the plots are crazy and sometimes ridiculous, so I think for me I just see it as a kind of weird (but oddly compelling) fantasy. It actually helps to make me see them as purely fictional and let myself just be entertained. (And I'm usually not a fan of toxic romance.)

what happened?
They mob the main leads in airports (even follow them onto the plane) and harass them in the street. It's crazy.

The irony is that Chinese fans aren't even watching it legally, it's us overseas fans who are paying to watch it. Pirating something (nvm that it's the only way they can watch it) doesn't really give you the right to complain about anything. The entitlement!

You know I really like the comparison the writer shows between how Chi Cheng behaves when he's with Wu Suo Wei…
I agree. It's also the fact that Chi Cheng is portrayed as a cold-hearted bastard to basically everyone, and a very dangerous man to cross...and then contrast the way he looks at WSW and how he treats him. It's like he becomes a different person with WSW. The fact that he's not interested in Yue Yue is not surprising, it's very much in character for him, but his behaviour with WSW is out of character for him.

Goodness ZI YU(wu so Wei) and Tian Xuning (chi Cheng) keep getting squished and trampled at the airport. I hop…
Chinese fans can be so crazy. I know this happens with other celebrities too, it's just that those are generally higher profile and have a security team. Poor guys.

whaaaat? lowkey cheated with who?
That's not what cheating is. Being faithful is choosing your partner even if other people affect you or look attractive to you. Cheating is the opposite, doing what you want even if it hurts the people you love. Just because you love one person doesn't necessarily mean that you become blind to the attractions of anyone else, for most people. It's the way you act that defines if you're faithful or not.

Title Revenged Love Spoiler
🐍 Snakes in Revenged Love: Full Storyline Breakdown 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Characters Involved: • Chi Cheng (CC)…
ALL OF THIS. Seriously, the snakes aren't just there for shock value, they are essential to the character portrayals and their emotional development.
I've been thinking that maybe Chi Cheng might be fixating on WSW as a substitute for the snakes now that they are gone, but it's not the same. WSW says it himself in episode 8, the snakes are his children, and CC definitely doesn't look at WSW like that ;)
The fact that WSW manages to successfully feed Little Jealousy is significant on several levels. To CC, it means that WSW is trusted/approved by his most beloved "child". (Imagine a single parent meeting a potential partner and the person doesn't get along with your kid...or, conversely, does get along with your kid, surprisingly well at that.) And this also proves that WSW, in the process of learning about snakes, has become a Snake Person, which is the same as a Chi Cheng person (and might be symbolic of his actual feelings for CC, something he did carelessly as a means to an end, but ended up becoming real). And third... Yue Yue, so idiotic, doesn't even understand the most important fact about Chi Cheng and even does something that will make him hate her guts. She hates snakes and thinks that the snake is what stands between her and Chi Cheng, while WSW recognises that the snakes are the key to Chi Cheng's heart. Clueless little schemer that he is, he's still got the right end of the stick.
