Title Night Has Come Spoiler
Nope. Her and Jung Won's roles were made clear to us the earliest. Both pretty much confirmed each other as Citizens.
As to why Yoonseo was the only one given the mission to find the Host, well that further delves into a separate mystery.
Who is Yoonseo and how is she connected to the Ghost? Why does she have visions and what seems like flashbacks? Why is the Ghost only targeting her?
She literally seems to be the center of everything. Its like the Ghost is trying to lead her to some truth. Which is why I suspect that this might not be Yoonseo's first gig at this death game. Perhaps she was a survivor of a prior game and the trauma repressed her memories and maybe she even developed her Asthma from that trauma. Her recurring nightmares and visions could be her memories resurfacing. At least thats been my theory since the first few episodes till now. Of course its an incomplete theory still since a lot of pieces are still missing from the puzzle.

I did. However, Yoonseo was confirmed to the audience to be the Citizen in episode 1. She is playing detective because thats basically her interest. The assigned roles have nothing to do with that though. The cop could literally be the dumbest person around and not be able to do their job but was still assigned the role.

The cops job is to find the mafia, but I think that their ability reveals the roles of people to them, so the likelihood that they are sticking with people who they have confirmed to not be mafia would be pretty high.
If the cop was really the one who wrote that Jun Hee is a Citizen then I would start looking at someone who starts hanging around him more often now as compared to previously.
It is also pretty clear to me that the cop is a very cautious person and probably has experience playing mafia. Might be someone among the group in the back of the bus who was playing mafia in episode 1. A lot have already died, so maybe someone should go back and take a look at episode 1 lol.

Yes but the reason for that was revealed in the latest episode. The reason for that was because he chose to save himself after witnessing someone die firsthand and thus finding out how serious the game was. He didn't want to reveal to his gf that he was cowardly and selfish, thus he pretended to be a regular Citizen. You even see his regret later on before his death with him trying to find the courage to off himself. The flashback scenes to him choosing to waste a heal on himself early on in the game, thus not letting him save his gf due to the cooldown was what was haunting him with guilt the entire time after her death.
This example is completely different from the circumstance and environment early on before anyone knew how serious things were.

Well this was before everyone knew the truth behind the game. So the most obvious reaction when a close friend reports their role is to also report yours without hiding it. After all at that point everyone was taking it as a joke. So unless Jung Won truly is the mastermind and knew everything beforehand and thus lied to Yoonseo, then she is likely a Citizen as well.

Plus like you said, she was about to show it to Yoonseo. So unless she knew that the message was going to disappear, then she would've just shot herself in the foot and shown that she was lying about being a Citizen to Yoonseo.

This is totally insane, and I love it. I was like WTH GKJ isn't out? Scared me. I knew that JDB was mafia. He…
I think its possible that Na Hee is the cop tbh. Did you notice in episode 1 that there was a bus hidden in the woods that their bus passes on their way to the place they're all at? I keep feeling that thats hinting at something. Initially I thought that it was the bus of the class that never reached and called their teacher away. But now that I think about it, that doesn't make sense. If that was the case, people would've gotten out of the bus to open space.

As to why the teachers never came back, I think they're already in a separate space of sorts. This would explain how the teacher and the adults who were originally there never returned and how he had signal on his phone back then whereas now the students don't have a signal.

The FL Yoonseo is definitely related to the ghost somehow. She's the only one who is receiving special visions as well as the only one the ghost really messes with as though the ghost is trying to lead her and no one else to some truth. Not only that, she had a nightmare of the place even before they got there. So perhaps its related to her past and she just locked away all of her memories due to trauma. Perhaps whatever said trauma was might also be what caused her to develop her Asthma.

The other girl is not the mafia. She was one of the first to vote out Woo Ram as the mafia. All the mafia know each other. He was pretty much begging her and trying to convince her that he was a Citizen. I think she just gravitates to So Mi because she still sees So Mi as a leader figure. She hasn't been shown to be too bright in any case and is quite easily manipulated.

Yes I know. By 2 bullies dead I mean 2 bullies killed by the mafia. He is likely going o kill the main bully brutally as well. You can tell by the cleaning supplies he brought that he is preparing for a bloody scene. Unless everyone is a dimwit, even the dumbest student of the bunch should be able to guess that there is an emotional reason behind the carnage and narrow down the suspects from there.

Well after 2 bullies dead, if no one suspects him then that would be a miracle for him or just bad writing. As for why no one suspects So Mi yet, its not entirely clear. She's gaslighted her way to this point so far and I think people in general unconsciously don't want to suspect her because they still view her in somewhat of a position of authority. Just as people were hesitant to suspect Jun Hee until he outright admitted to being the Mafia so everyone would vote him out. Jun Hee and So Mi are kind of viewed as the logical Leaders of the confused students because they were already in leadership positions. People tend not to want to believe that their own trusted leader(s) is out to get them. It has yet to reach that point yet I guess.

Yea I noticed that too but I hadn't paid a whole ton of attention to it and soon forgot about it. I suspect that a Mafia likely threw that can to draw the attention to him knowing how the 2 bullies will likely react.
At this point everyone pretty much suspected that he was the doctor anyway, so the Mafia probably would want to get rid of him early.
As to who it might have been, Maybe Da Beom. But I am doubtful of that because I think the only ones he really wants dead are really just the bullies, so its unlikely to be him.
As for the Vice President, the doctor had saved the ML who she clearly likes, so it might not be her. But from her actions so far, she might not care about gratitude and the such as long as she gets her way, so maybe it is her.
Of course it could be that theres another mafia we don't know yet which is likely the case.

He's dead in the preview of ep9😭😭
He was smart but short sighted. He only cared for his own survival thus he pushed everyone else away. Which is to be expected since he starts off with a massive negative disadvantage in the aspect of trust.

Hmmm. She didn't come to mind as the doctor for me because for me at the moment, she is a potential suspect for mafia out of 2 for the murder of blonde bully. Thus I thought that the guy who lost his gf previously might really be the doctor because of his reactions so far. But now that I think about it he might actually have been the cop. For me he for sure has a special role outside of citizen. He isn't a mafia we know that for sure since he was asleep beside his gf as she was murdered by the Vice President. So he is either cop or doctor.
I initially thought he was doctor because of the facial expressions he showed as the ML was voted for execution. Perhaps one of remorse. Then the ML was saved by the doctor. Remember the first student to be saved by the doctor was his gf, thats why everyone suspected one of the 2 to be the doctor. But then the gf died and was revealed to be a citizen.
However, now that I think about it, its more likely that he is the cop rather than the doctor. But he probably knows who the doctor is.

My guess is that using his authority of the cop, he found out who the doctor was during an earlier round. Then before the ML was voted out, he checked his status and confirmed him to be a citizen. Perhaps he was moved by the ML's self-sacrificing actions and decided to have the doctor save the ML. Thats why afterwards we saw scenes of him reminiscing his time with his gf and thinking about killing himself by leaving the boundary but not having the courage to do so (He was comparing himself to the ML).

So let me correct myself, we may have lost the cop, not the doctor.

What makes you think so?I think, if they did, wouldn't they have slowly killed them all of?This was, after all,…
The murder of the blonde bully was the most brutal murder of all so far. He was stabbed multiple times that his entire body was pretty much bloodied up and the FL even said that he was continuously stabbed even after death. This implies an extreme emotional killing to the point of excitement. Meaning as the murderer killed him, they got excited in the moment and continued to stab several times even after the victim died. Most if not all similar killings irl are due to massive grudges against the victim.
The reason why they didn't kill the entire bully group was because they couldn't.
Remember when the Vice President who was revealed to be a Mafia tried to kill the FL on her own but was denied by the game because they have to decide as a group? This also implies that only 1 victim can be killed at a time by the mafia group and they must decide together.
Even though the mafia didn't kill the other 2 bullies, they tried to frame both of them by planting evidence on them. Of course that could just be the easiest option to mislead the others, but their grudge against all 3 of them could also have factored into framing both. Remember, it wasn't just the bully who was in the same room that was framed. It was also revealed later that the main bully was also a victim of the framing despite being in another room.
For the mafia, unless they really wanted both or either of them to die, they could have just framed the one in the same room and that was it because by then everyone was already in the mind that it was him anyway. But their grudge perhaps also led them to think about framing the other guy as well as a backup.

Ok so the ML has immense Plot Armor protecting him. Everyone else had a brutal death that would give them fatal injuries when executed while his execution was drowning himself, which leaves his body relatively intact for the possibility of being saved. Basically everyone else would pretty much be impossible to save even with the doctors healing but he could still be saved. Either he really is somehow connected to the game or just really horrible writing on that part.

I'll add to this a bit more. This is especially the case for the ML who is playing the role of the "leader" in all this mess. Whether he wanted to or not, simply his title as class president most of the students view him as the authority figure here. Thats why everyone initially listened to him when he told everyone to not vote.
As the leader he will have to make the hard decisions and accept the responsibilities of his actions to protect as much students as possible. Thus he must act on logic rather than emotion even if he ends up feeling guilty over it later on. It is logically his responsibility to get rid of threats early to protect the majority who are innocent in the group imo. The greatest threata and ticking time bombs atm are the 3 bullies because they are the most unhinged evidenced by their actiona. Not only do they pose a physical threat but they also pose a psychological threat just by being there. That also threatens the leaders authority thus making the situation much more prone to chaos and uncontrollable.
