rang rang is no longer shy & introvert ... He smiles more now..
Definitely still an introvert, he just finally feels like he has a space to express happiness which he didn't in the past because his parents were so biased towards his brother and he always felt he had no place to be happy or care about anything other than his studies because he wasn't good enough. If you mix an introverted personality + feeling you're worthless compared to your brother and any second you spend not trying to be like him is a second wasted, you end up with a very closed off person who doesn't know how to show his feelings, aka Lu Rang. When he finally had people in his life who showed him love and appreciation (Zai Zai especially, because even though his friends loved him, Zai Zai is the first person that openly told him "YOU are special and YOU are amazing and YOU are the only person I have eyes for and I think you're incredible, more than anyone else") he allowed himself to finally be happy and realized that the way he was being treated wasn't fair, and it also wasn't his brother's fault. Now he's just a happy introvert
Grumpy x Sunshine always gets me, but it's actually harder than it seems to find shows where the male lead isn't mean, he's just closed off. This drama really nailed it when it comes to Lu Rang, because even though Zai Zai chases him first, we never doubt he feels the same way, he's just very, very different from her at expressing his emotions. This one will go to my all-time favorite dramas without a doubt. So wholesome and sweet.
This show is so goshdarn cute, oh my god. It reminds me a bit of Meeting You, because it's slow burn but they might as well be dating with how obvious they are with their feelings and loyalty towards each other. It also has one of my favorite tropes, which is best friends of the leads also falling in love with each other

Older people, people who can't read fast enough, people who have other things to do but enjoy having a kdrama play in the background, people who can't see well, are just a few of the endless examples of people who watch content dubbed. The fact that your immediate reaction to someone watching things dubbed is that they are lazy is just sad

It's not stupid at all, it's a business decision. A lot of people from other countries watch content dubbed for a myriad of reasons, and if episodes are available without being dubbed, there is a high chance they'll drop the drama and not come back to it even when the dub is available.
The way I was able to deal with that was to think that his mom naively thought prosecutors were safe, and if his…
Oh yeah, I totally get what you mean. Sadly, and I think it's a cultural thing, Korean shows tend to overlook emotional abuse and neglect from parents and it's quite rare for them to actually treat it as something as horrible as it is, it usually ends with things magically fixed as if the abuse wasn't really all that bad because the parents "had a reason". I kinda tune it out at this point, I disagree with it but what can you do, their filial piety culture is quite strong and prevalent, no matter what the parents do.
Both kdramas that I’m excited for, King The Land and See you in my 19th Life, are releasing on 17th June. For…
I'm pretty sure it's because of dubbing, they release the episodes in other countries once it's dubbed in said countries' languages. At least that is what has been happening for a while for kdramas released in my country, the episodes are only released when the spanish dub is available.
Cha Seung Eon (the youngest handyman) was SO CUTE! He had such a beautiful innocent smile, I hope we see him in more dramas in the future because this was his first job
I watched until episode 9 I can't stand this mom at all. She destroyed the files like that, after all the efforts…
The way I was able to deal with that was to think that his mom naively thought prosecutors were safe, and if his son was in a position of power he'd be able to bring justice to the death of her husband and not be in danger. When she realized this was not the case, she panicked.
Can someone who has read the webtoon spoil me the following things please? First: Does it have a happy ending where the leads end up together? Second: what is the relationship between Ji Eum's younger sister from her previous life and Seo Ha? Is the sister into him? Is there gonna be a love triangle? Or even just the sister having feelings for him that are not reciprocated.
I only realized today that I knew Yu Mi from the school nurse files and I actually loved her in it! Seo Jin is now the only cast member I didn't know beforehand lmao
