For those who are truly curious and are not delusional, ML rescued his father with the help of Cui Lin. He rescued his father by faking his father's death. Cui Lin had a drug that can seem like someone is dead, but they are actually not. ML asked her for it, and she gave it.

If you read the whole thread you would know that she escalated things on her own. If she wants to say something bad and imply something bad, people will not take it lying down here, or anywhere on this forum. That's what she got. She got what she signed up for. But no one abused her by calling her names or curse at her at first. It was her who started it, so I obviously was triggered and gave it back to her. She had things to say, she had the right to do so. I also had things to say, I had the right to do so. You got a problem with that?

I speed-read the last chapter of Part 1 of the novel that was released. It seems that Li Ni had successfully rescued his father from Sun Jing. So, I don't think Sun Jing will have any influence on Li Ni's father after he ascends to the throne.

This, I don't know how. I re-watched the first trailer just today, and noticed that Li Ni's father became Emperor and Li Ni was titled as Prince Qin.
