I read on Twitter recently that TXW is second-billed, not sure how true that is.

There were some posts going around about how TXW had billing issues with her new co-star ZLH, and the posts also falsely alleged that TXW also had billing issues with XK and another male actor. Fans of both XK and and the other male actor defended that there were absolutely no issues between their stars and TXW wrt to the billing, and in that conversation, I read that XK was first-billed and TXW was second-billed.

Weird, a Gongzhu title is only reserved for the Emperor's daughters or sisters.

I haven't watched the episode yet, but I can guess she was either given a Junzhu or a Xianzhu title (anyone who watched the episode, please confirm which one). Meanwhile the Emperor's daughters or sisters are titled as Gongzhu.

They are not of same rank or status. A Junzhu or a Xianzhu only get their residences if the Emperor or Empress specifically orders it, if I'm not wrong (please correct me if I'm wrong here).

I only got to know about the second part after browsing the novel updates link you have shared lol. It has Part 2 novel listed as a Sequel, so yeah, I also thought this was somewhat like Blazing Sunlight, and it would introduce another male lead who would eventually be the endgame.

Ah well, although I only read the summary for the second part, I had hoped the second ML would be the endgame, and Xu Kai ends up playing that character. I don't like the scumbag ML setting here. I would not like Xu Kai take up the role of ML for this drama.
