Yes, I'm sure they had to make that clear re his feelings otherwise it would be bordering on grooming.I'm impressed…
If I had heard or read about it only without watching it, I might have thought the same thing... that's what happened with Go Ahead. I avoided it for so long due to the synopsis commenting on brother & sister falling in love etc etc then I finally watched it! And he clearly didn't like her til she was in College, they've made that clear... it was always hee who had the crush from 13 and we've all been there!
His character in novel is head over heels about the female. Character in drama is written like that. Basically…
That's the thing... they're not comfortable lovers and they don't look it either... to me it's been rushed and not in a natural way... it's not the cute awkwardness I usually get from this first love type of drama as that's what I'm expecting... it's more a cringe that his expressions and hers have been rehearsed for these reactions, it's slightly overdone.... his micro expressions all portray what he's meant to be feeling but I just don't feel it... it's hard for me to explain... maybe that's their chemistry to me then
His intense courting gives me the impression of a little boy eager to please so he won't be abandoned... he tries to do everything the right way so he can't be tossed away like he did by his master
at ep 11 and I still don't know how I feel about this drama or the MC... my 2 cents...firstly, the foreigners…
Yes, sorry, I think I may have confused myself. You're all right.
I do love LW and his acting is top notch and am a big fan. I think the slight prob I have is with the character... his eagerness to please, his over consideration of others... he plays it very well... and I do have to consider that this is his first time in a relationship. It's a red flag for me personally if a guy does this but that's from my perspective.

firstly, the foreigners with their adoration of Lin is cheesy AF, way OTT. Actually, the whole supporting cast, the way they praise Lin, it's too obvious and reeks of rookie writing. The constant validation from every fucken person is annoying.
secondly, the relationship between the MC I find it feels forced esp with LW's acting. It's like he tries too hard to make it shown he's head over heels from the get go which makes it seem like there's something psychologically missing there. The long stares and living looks and feels a bit staged/forced to me.
Just finished the first ep... first impressions: boy twin is annoying AF! I really hate these kinds of characters in dramas... the overeager-can't-shut-up-dumb-cant-think-first ones and they're not limited to one sex... anyway, another thing which I don't like is theis pay back unwritten system which seems to be the norm... his sis came all this way, without him knowing, the least he could do is go see her, no matter what... personally, I don't accept that kind of logic but I guess culturally it's ingrained... a random eg girls likes a guy and does so many things for him, he in turn doesn't like ger and has told her many times yet he is still expected by society to be nice to her and accept everything she gives him... a bit off track lol
anyways, redeeming factors - the cinematography (I've never seen snow in real life before so I always think it's beautiful!) and Leo's cheekbones πππ faarrkk he's so handsome!!!
SK is getting to be one actor who is downright gorgeous but I can't stand the characters he is portraying, which actually turns out to be one type of person in the dramas I've watched with him... love KYJ bit the talking to oneself loudly is getting annoying. She reminds me of Han So-Hee when she does this.
up to ep 10 - I almost wanted her to get killed here! the writing is so stupid but I guess that's her character... frustrating that she's gotta be this stupid to be the bait
As for the exes, they portrayed it very well. Creepy and frustrating.
Got bored with this and FFW a lot towards the last few eps

I'm impressed at how ZL transformed Sang Zhi's love from puppy secret love to mature protective adult love. She played that so well.
