I read bits of the webtoon up to 40+ and they were so gay for each other I can’t. The jealous moments are so funny. Nothing clear happened between them though from what I could piece together.

I believe it was mentioned way back that it can not be shown on tv because of a lot of sensitive content. Also it’s an Studio X+U exclusive, hope we can somehow watch it.

The genre is not GL (on paper) but it has the elements. Unless…they bury it altogether in the drama.

This writer has been giving curveballs after curveballs since episode 1. Except for the middle part, I’ve lived for the little surprises that slap, from funny (son of the taxi driver), bittersweet (sick teenager), then dark (the latest).

You don’t necessarily have to love him just because he is the ML. What I appreciate about Taehee as a character is he is not the fabled fantastic green flag everybody raves about in most dramas. He has so much character albeit not all good so we can fight for eternity about liking him or not. It’s bias, it’s experience, it’s preference and so many other factors. At least in the last episode we saw him get over himself somehow after realizing how much his family is suffering too. Something he selfishly overlooked when he ran away to the military.

My guess is she wasn’t really meant to have that much airtime but the unfortunate Halloween tragedy forced them to go that direction. I can sense the mood from the earlier eps returning in the last two episodes, and they didn’t need her to fill-in anymore. Just a guess.

My scattered thoughts.

Dongju in the confessional with her uncle. (T^T) This time he did not give her a beer. TH’s grandmother leaving before her daughter arrives because she can’t bear to see her in pain. Everytime they talked about TH’s parents especially his mother. The moment she arrived and she and TH are looking at each other and it broke my heart. My thoughts are so fragmented.

I have so many thoughts on the episode, I don’t know where to start. However, one thing I noticed is how the episodes between 4 and 11 felt like a spin-off as if the real show took a long break.

Episode 12 - proceed with caution.

I was so nervous when TH’s grandma was asking about DJ’s job, but she did not say much, was almost casual about it. I was as nervous as Dongju I think. I could see it in her eyes. Imagine my relief.

Oh you have a point regarding CH’s relevance to the story.

Because if there’s no romance, people would be griping for romance so on and so forth. :P
