Yeah. I strongly believe that SG PD, who most probably is a manga fan, plagiarised Japanese works and made his "hit show"

Too much cockiness maybe ? Even I like myself some kdramas I have started and feel a certain kind of cockiness in that industry those last two to three years. What lost me is how a blatant plagiat like "Squid game" has been celebrated all around just cause of the effects of Korea soft power (kpop/kdrama etc...). I guess this is the bad side of anything blowing up and gaining recognition.

So sometimes when something become huge there is sense of cockiness that become rampant and overexposure can become tiring.

And it deserves it especially with the limited ressources and 0 big name attached to it plus no annoying triangle/square romance and probably the best female lead/character in cdrama so far
