LBaFD shows that it is possible to do a beautiful and coherent work even with limited budget. Thus other PDs of crappy Xianxia have been cheating us cause they don't care about their works. They want money with tricks and traffic actors

I am glad she did not end up giving up on Moon Supreme. She is a teen in deep deep love. Happy that she does not give up on him. My issue is the "I don't know them" talking about her clan slaughter. It does not sit well for me. It was cold and insensitive. Sure she will real sadness for the moon people cause she lived wth them. But if it wasn't for parents saving her she would be nowhere here living that love with Moon Supreme to begin with. I blame the writting here

Now I bet you other Xianxia PDs are shitting their pants. LBaFD has set the bar high for Xianxia production. Festival of beauty everywhere that sucks you into that fantasy and magical world

This drama is beautiful but the supporting roles *chefkiss. They made XunFeng so pragmatic ! And DanYin so loveable ! Me likey

Even, this is thanks to her clan/parents she is still alive to live the lovestory with Moon supreme who wanted to kill her the 1st time they met. He didn't cause he couldn't. Sorry but bad wtitting here. If she went "yeah he had no emotions and was transformed into a killing machine by his father, now not only I won't give up that love but I will use it to bring justice and peace to all victims be it Moon people or My clan people..." I would have stand up and applaud shawtie to no end.

I put it on bad writting. Better say "I know they were victims of slaughtered but I love Moon supreme and I want that love to be able to bring justice to all of the victims". It is clear that she feels nothing for her clan cause she "doesn't know them". It would have showed that by knowing and feeling the sadness of the Moon people she is also capable of at least understanding the slaughter of her own clan ! It made her cold for me.

I think it will be HE but XLH "I don't know them" talking about her slaughtered parents/clan/family made me go wtf ? I know you are in love but if it wasn't for your parents saving your ass by transforming you into an orchide you lil girl wouldn't be here living the sappy loveline with a hot demon that wanted to kill you the 1st day you met ! Am I the only one that was shocked with XLH reply "I don't know them" when talking about her slaughtered clan with CH ? I will explain myself more why it made me cold towards XLH in the latest episode.

The main leads scenes don't make cry but the ones that really touch me are the Moon people and soldiers that have been the victims of the hypocrites fairies.

Cristy Guo has been so wasted in the show !

For xianxia genre it is the best of the crop so far. The only cdrama I liked better this year was "Reset" .

DFQC and CH saying the former killed her clan doesn't make any f. sense for me

Even Yang Zi and Cheng Yi know their drama s.cks and wished they were the cast in LBaFD.

I like the electric but I don't like the opening song especially the chorus melody. A song like Chinese paladin (2005) opening song would have been great with LBaFD. Because I have been spoiled by Joy Of Life and Longest day in Chang'an OSTs so far I haven't been impressed by LBaFDs. For me this year best OST goes to "Reset" (the best cdrama of the year so far)

I think DFQC wanted to kill her when they met but cause of that curse attachement they had in the beginning (harming her means harming him) he had to force himself into her life even though she was scared of him.
