And from what I read, to be able to entertain people you had to be super good at your craft (high demand) and know how to hold a conversation. So people like Zhao Pan'er's Education was no joke ! Their knowledges in art and literacy should be the TOP !
The thing I always like about this drama so far, this is how before starting something ML and FL talk it through about the probable good and bad consequences of their actions like a lil briefing of everything that can happen. They got a "criminal mind". They are relatable and they are aware of people wanting them dead. They COMMUNICATE ! So far the drama has not disappointed on that matter. They lay every possibility on the table. The other drama that was doing that a lot was "The rebel princess" with Zhou Yi Wei and Zhang ZiYi. And in this drama as well the actors were mature and quickly they made Zhang Ziyi character mature (Ah Wu and Xiao Xi were my fav characters last year). Also the fact that they are not dubbed helps a lot get their messages through. This is real. I liked ep 15 for that. Everyone said what they feel need to be said to move on and improve the relationship. Imagine San Niang did not tell Pan'er what she has in the heart, it could lead to friendship fallout and bad business later on. And Pan'er apologised. Imagine Pan'er did not tell Gu "what are our relationship knowing our different statu ?" We wouldn't have Mr Gu "I will think about it and give you my answer". Drama gives us that. Thank you
