If it is not a fact I challenge you and show me one person that has come up and coroborate what KSH said. Anybody can search anywhere and til date you will find nothing about any witness testifying in his favour in the "court of law" (your own words) even behind closed doors. That is a fact. Stop it now. And I repeat KSH, a grown adult, while in military service sent letters AND pictures to a then underaged girl he said not having any relationship with in the beginning.

Whatever where is the diffamstion when I say KSH lied several times on that case with statements like " I have no relationship with her" or "I never went to her place" and each time his lie got exposed ?
Where is the lie when I say til date nobody has coroborated the fact that they received a letter from KSH when he was on military leave since he stated his letters and photos he sent to a then underaged KSR had nothing romantic because he sent letters to multiple people ? You are talking BS, I challenge you and show anybody that has come forwards with the letters KSH wrote and sent to them. He said he wrote letters to multiple people including his then girlfriend. And he said that right after the letters and pictures he sent to KSR were exposed, meaning way before he sued her family. At that time nobody came forward with any letter from his side. From day 1 GaroSero said it was at KSR appartement and that she cooked for him. It was late at night -he said he was never at her house that guy is a liar. KSH defence was that his parents were. I am sure I read that statement somewhere. And I remember so well cause my reaction was like "he has to show proof that his parents were there" and that day I had argument with

Nobody has come forward to confirm KSH statements. I went on google looking for any news of people testifying in his farvour recently and I found nothing. So far KSH defence has been like "all of the proofs they are showin are fabricated by them listen to what I say...". That's all

Now he said he wrote letters to multiple people not even one has come forward to show one letter received from KSH while he was in military service. Because those people got evidences in letters penned and sent to them by KSH which could close the debate early on right after he made that statement when the letters and photos he sent to a then underaged KSR got exposed.

I need to find that post but if I remember well when that event got exposed with that video taken by KSR, his response was that his parents were there. I remember that detail because on the spot my reaction was like KSH's needs to show proofs of that fact (any photo, video, the parents can come forwards to talk). Also on this video we only hear both of them (apparently she was still inderaged at that time) so I was like " even an audio from KSH's side, where we hear them would do. Til date we have seen none of that. I repeat KSH has lied a lot in that situation and til date none of the people he wrote letters to have come forward with any document. The letters he wrote to his "then girlfriend" have been stored in his diary but said girlfriend never comes forward with the letters she received from him. Meanwhile KSR not only received letters but also his photos.

To clear his name and prove that he was not lying when he said he wrote letters to multiple people at that time. Something that couldn't be done. The girlfriend he wrote letters to never comes forward to support his claims but all of those letters are stored in his diary while it is a known fact that he sent letters AND his photos to Kim Sae Ron who wasn't his girlfriend 🙄

I see your point but KSH excuses don't convince me. If for example I am accused of something and I kow that sent you letters and that element could clear my name, I would contact you straight away and ask you to come forward and show the letter or document you received from me. Something KSH has been unable to do. Let's be honest and this guy lied a lot. He said his parents were present in the house when KSR cooked dinner for him. Til date none of his parent has come forward to confirm what he said. Those are facts !

Reason why I keep asking that question, if you state that you wrote letter to different people while in military how come none of said people has come forward with the letters received from you to clear your name on the spot ?

didn't mentioned that alleged girlfriend he sent mails to when it is an important element to clear his name on the spot. Why none of the people he wrote letters to has come forward to show the letters received from KSH ? Why in court KSH only presents his letters kept in his diary that he apparently never mailed ?

He said he wrote letters to various people and til date we have yet to see anyone come forward and say "this is the letter KSH sent me". And apparently KSH and his team cannot provide that so they came up with letters he wrote to his then girlfriend but strangely he didn't mail them. Sorry to say that but that smell forged...
