This is strange cause I like the camera angles and the visual of JOL. I think S2 looks better than S1 visually. Plus gotta admit she liked Queen of tears while I think drama is overrated as hell. And she panned AASOL and I liked the show cause I found it relatable on some points and the characters were behaving in a mature way. She got knowledges but certain stories don't match her mood nor taste.

Lol I checked Avenue x weibo and it seems she doesn't like S2 at all 😅. I could read as translated that she doesn't like the production quality (camera angles, costume, lighting etc...) and she has no interest in the characters whatsoever. Well to each their own 🤷‍♂️

Reason why a character like WuZhu has not appeared yet. This season is more palace intrigue while S1 was more action (look at the way it started with Terminator WuZhu fighting people holding a basket with baby FanXian inside). This season is more about FX really wanting to fight corruption and his growth in his realm.

Chen Dao Ming the emperor of dramas. In JOL his character can easily make you shit your pants. I wonder how he managed to seduce Ye Qing Mei to the point she gave him that martial book. Girls and their attractions bad boys eh ! I am sure she friendzoned Fan Jian and broke his heart because of bad boy who I guess had already concubines and offsprings. Maybe he looked like Lee Jae Wook in his youth and that is what attracted her 🤷‍♂️ ?

I think he understand the game quite well and understand that 2 prince better not mess with FX

JOL has got such a good message that is relevant today about how the powerful "wolves" kill and destroy people easily thinking of them like ants that shall not be remembered.
Poisoning 2nd prince was such a great move from FX who remember the people that lost their lives and got destroyed by those monsters that think they poop the sun.

I don't know LQ and ZRY don't have chemistry imo but the fact that Wan'er brings him peace and support makes the couple likable on paper.
