Does anyone think that the mask man gives off similar vibes with the purple guy who faced off with Wang xiaoshi in one of the first few episodes? Or is the only similarity is that we can’t see the face?

I think it’s a good drama! You might want to watch the first few episodes to see if you like it! I’d say the first few episodes are cute with wenrou bickering but as of now there’s more suspense. I would still recommend you to give it a go!

I heard that the director and screenwriter are both females and this drama has a female centric plot where girls help girls so I’m here start my drama journey! Hope it is as good as people say!

The romance is slowly throughout the drama, they like each other yet it is like a forbidden love. I’d say the genre is more of war and politics although the bigger picture is their slight romance and all they’ve gone through the years.
I’ve waited for a long time until the memories of the spoilers kind of faded to start this drama. And I finished this in 3 days! I’d say it’s kind of slow in a sense where the pace fits the drama, although I find it better in 1.25x in the middle of the drama. But this does not make it a lesser drama, the emotions it conveys is really out of the screen! I really love bailu’s performance as a mute at the start and end of the drama, just through her eyes, the emotions are just continuously coming out, we can exactly understand what she wants to exude!
To those who want to watch this, it takes one to really immerse in the drama to fully enjoy it. I took 3 days to watch so at the start of each day it’s harder to get into the drama, but once immersed, the momentum kicks in! So it might be better to watch it in one go! The last episode was real great!
This is really the best drama this year! The plot, the acting, the pace it’s AMAZING! They really got me guessing who the culprit is, the reason why and how to get out of the time loop! Also most of the characters on the bus has their own story, 15 episodes is just right! The fact that the name 开端 is already a spoiler in itself is just mind blowing! YCY is technically still the 3rd place since both 1st and 2nd came back but aside from that I can say that her acting really improved and this is quite a solid drama! She has luck on her side but I’d say that her mentality is strong and works hard too.
Xuanyi said in her livestream that the special effects are not fully done yet, but it’s being prettily done. The latest it will air is end of the year!
Director Li Mu Ge really knows how to make the characters appear beautifully! Meng Ziyi is really stunning here as lei chun! Yang Chaoyue is also really cute, her character is really funny! I’ve got to say Chen chuhe really has that powerful vibe as Su mengzhen! All the actors are wonderfully picked! Looking forward to how the story wil go!
The is the story about their daughter, so you can see how they brought her up being a second generation time traveller. Not sure about the mum, but the dad will cameo in the drama.
You can think of it as season 1 is about the parents, season 2 is about their daughter. But there will still be the same comedy genre from the same author. So you can expect lots of fun stuff!
If y’all look closely at the new cover pic, you can see a wound on qipa’s neck (portrayed by xuanyi), fans suspect that this scene is where qipa is blind and Chen zheyuan would just stay in his wolf form as Kui mulang since qipa was not able to see him.
