Ep12 was the worst kdrama episode I suffered through in a long while. It's as bad as some of the worst Something…
Oh, goodness. I don't think this has reached SITR level of bad for me yet (I don't know if anything could) but, yes, there was nothing for me to enjoy this episode. Not that the other episodes have been entirely enjoyable but at least they've been tolerable.
Idk why so many people want the diaper besties as a couple, I love seeing a representation of this kind of friendship…
Agreed. While I do like the friends to lover trope, I like that from the start this drama hasn't played in to that (with even making both of them make comments about people expecting them to date). Maybe they'll be together when they're older adults but I'd rather they stay best friends.
han ki jun might be the most obnoxious man ever in kdrama wtf i just cannot believe he still talks to ha kyung…
We shouldn't be surprised by his shameless behavior, but it irritates me seeing him talk to her & wanting advice. I wish that she wouldn't listen to him, though at least in this episode it made her understand more of what Siwoo was telling her about their relationship.
I just finished episode 16 & have a vague spoiler I want to talk about. Up until this point, I've felt neutral about Zi Xin - I don't like her but I don't dislike her. But, in episode 15, I really liked when she said that she won't let herself be used to hurt the person she likes & that true love is wanting their happiness. It's so refreshing to see that from a love rival (though the term love rival doesn't really apply to her.)
Yes! I recognize your user name from there too. I'm not really finding the secondary couple funny or entertaining as of now 😅 Ah, I assumed as much since the more popular an actor is, the more you will have trolls lurking. I'm quite liking his performance.
How much the rating is inflated by Jisoo's fans? I hate that I can see a true rapresentation of people preference.…
Sure, some of her fans inflated scores but at the same time people were also being very critical of it because of her or because they had expectations of how characters should be/what should happen & they weren't happy it didn't go their way. Also, though his fandom may not be globally massive like hers, a lot of comments were saying they were watching for Haein.
Though I do recognize the FL actress, I don't keep up with c-actors or the entertainment industry so I don't know why it has haters. Like any drama, there are things that could be nitpicked but, so far, I think it's a simple story being told well. I've watched up until episode 5 & I'm enjoying the pacing of the show, the developments between the leads, & the acting of the leads. I would say the only thing I'm not liking is the secondary couple, like I'm confused by them & they aren't adding anything to the show. Maybe that will change as the story progresses but, as of now, I really don't care about them. Anyways, I think this has potential to be a good drama that I'll enjoy & I hope it stays that way until the end.
Gotta say the scene where Gu Wei goes in the store to get Lin Zhixiao menstrual supplies was just too cute. This…
I know some will say it's the bare minimum but there's something about the MLs taking care of FLs when they have their periods that makes my heart flutter 🙈
