Even after saying she doesn't want him to divorce she continues the relationship since, in her eyes, it's okay as she's dying soon. & it's not surprising that she would encourage Joohee to date him but yes that bothers me too.

Right, I understand unrequited love but I don't understand trying to force someone who doesn't love you (but maybe even hates you instead) to stay by your side. I also understand the hurt & need for revenge, if we can call it that, but what did she really gain by telling Chanyoung's parents?

Yeah, like was I the only one who felt it was awkward the way Seonwoo abruptly stood up & held Mijo's head to comfort her when she was telling them about her birth mother?

Someone said it before but it's more like the drama is trying to tell us that we should be sad with events happening rather than actually making us feel it. Though maybe that's only the case for those of us who really don't feel a connection to the characters. Out of the currently airing dramas, I would recommend Twenty-Five Twenty-One & A Business Proposal for more light watching.

I knew that it was going to happen but I didn't like that Chanyoung finally told her parents that she's dying as a way to justify her affair (others may disagree but that's how I saw it). & I think Jinseok's wife is disgusting & they should get divorced for the child's sake, so it's laughable that Chanyoung is telling him not to get a divorce when before she was asking for the opposite. Also, it didn't sit right with me when she asked the wife to continue to let her & Jinseok be because she's dying. I know others have said it before, but her actions (including encouraging Joohee to make a move on a guy who had a gf) have made it hard for me to sympathize with her character.

You said what I felt. Though I haven't loved the other episodes either, they've been tolerable. But, this one just felt different. As you said, the direction was really off. Yes, if it wasn't for the actresses & number of episodes, then I would've definitely dropped.

I'm on episode 2 & I figured as much.

I just finished the first episode & omg I felt suffocated on behalf of FL & I couldn't believe her dad actually went to the bar to find her. I know he does care about her (by the way he spoke about her with his friend & rushed to the hospital when he thought she was sick) but I know the overbearing act is going to annoy me. Either way, I thought it was a good start.

Maybe it's because of the break last week, but yes this episode felt slow.

Yes, hopefully he tells her something about her not respecting his dreams & is the one to ask for the breakup.

I was thinking that too while watching this episode & seeing the preview for tomorrow's episode.

Maybe it's been like that for the other episodes & I've forgotten, but the transitions between scenes in episode 7 were bad, like they didn't feel smooth for me. & I guess the scenes with Jinseok are supposed to make me feel bad for him/them but I couldn't care less. Also, it's annoying that instead of giving us more scenes of Joohee we get Seonwoo's sister instead. There's nothing interesting about her. I'm not trying to be rude so those who feel otherwise so please don't rudely respond, but this episode had me asking myself why am I watching this. (I'm still watching because I actually do like the acting, have nothing else to watch, & there's 5 more episodes to go.)

Yes, I will never get tired of watching that in dramas!

Also, the way the grandfather told Taemu that he'd probably forget to attend his funeral if it wasn't scheduled lol

Yes, they got lucky with their timing too. So many of us have been wore down by those heavier dramas so this is a nice comfort & part of the reason why we're liking it as much as we are.

Another way to poke fun at themselves since us viewers wonder how Taemu can't recognize Hari 😂

It was a good way to promote the dress & Sejeong lol

Yes, there's been a couple of comments they've made throughout the drama that I thought were subtlety clever.

I like all the main characters but the grandfather is my favorite.
