Ep25 maybe my most favorite episode. I mean all of them were good, but today's episode was greatest. I liked Liang QiShung in The Double even he was the villain, bcos he performed that villain so well. Today I was moved by his character here. The chemistry with Ke Ying is also amazing. That being said, Ke Ying is also a great actress!
I wonder how the law system in Chinese ancient time? Was it as good as this drama? I'm sure there were lots of corruptions since even modern time has that, so it makes me wonder how good the law system at that time.....

EP14&15, mother and husband of 2nd daughter are perfect weak links of this drama. Bcoz everyone else is very smart, so seeing these two weak-links are balanced characters!!

Ep 12 really tricked me and made me worry about 1st daughter's marriage. Brilliant episode, And my Chinese -American girlfriend text me and wrote. 'It's like my family story. My entire females of my family and relatives are definitely stronger than male members. I realized it's been like that since ancient time 😂'. I guess this drama portraits history well 😂
I think how they edited the drama for ep 10 and ep 11 were bad, and many of us got confused. Some might have rewatch ep 10, thinking they missed some scenes.
