And it's usually starts with comedic episodes first and I get bored in the middle, then drama gets serious, but this drama has different approach! It was truly heavy starts then the middle became light, funny and very relaxing. It's so refreshing! I simply love this drama so much The Best of 2024!
I currently noticed there are many video clips of this drama all over SNS. Is there any chance that this drama will be aired in the future? Anyone knows?
Wow ep 7, it hurts watching ML's acting. He gave little impact and impression in the past of his support characters, but this main lead, what an excellent performance! Hi is given the wonderful character here and shines like new star!

There are some actual political involvement in but very little. There are many historical person are in it, i.g., Ryoma Sakamoto, Kaishu Katsu, but it's not like 'Shogun' , the other drama. This is mainly fantasy about medical doctor ends up working in 1800s.
Can someone tell me if this is a comedy or serious drama ? Trailers are quite funny, but descriptions here seem to be serious due to stealing dying recipe, kidnapping and etc. ? And Jing Chao usually play serious part. Thx

I was wondering why there are video showing ML was sucked into spaceship going around 😂 I thought the Shooting Star in the scene was when ML passed away. But you are right, we didn't see KJ at all after that. Maybe ML left anyway with KJ and FL went after him by declined to be the head of jewelers. I agree that final editing may messed up the great ending. Either way, I truly enjoy the drama bcoz I felt like I was reading the actual novel (I didn't read the novel! but drama gave me the nuances) and all of the actors performances are superb! I love this drama very much!
