MDL is truly a remarkable and useful platform for dramas. I always enjoyed visiting. However this couple years, I noticed many toxic and/or hateful comments are posted and I read similar complaints like mine. While I'm so mad, some thought it's not so bad. That's the type of commentators I am dealing with. So I just hope MDL won't become like a certain infamous website that has fan wars with full of toxic comments. That's why I posted few times that novel readers can join the 'novel discussion' posted above sleds and many are commenting there instead of here. They can freely post spoilers., bcoz not many people read the original, Oh well, anyway thanks for your comment. My lunch time is over, I am going away far from MDL , far and far for a while.

I am posting my anger here, so you can ignore below....

I posted a week ago that MDL isn't an airport , so viewers don't need to make an announcement of their departure. Well today, I am a hypocrite. I am making that announcement!

Not bcoz I dislike this drama, but becoz I love this drama so much and I cannot stand so many spoilers are posted here. Even they use spoiler hidden comments, they post such an unnecessary comments (such as future story of what will happen to characters) that totally ruined our anticipation of drama. And some of the novel readers are so upset and post their opinions without 'spoiler' so anyone can read it.

In the beginning of drama, it was so peaceful to exchange opinions about drama, but not anymore. People are fighting over about characters, insulting screenwriter and directors. I think it's okay to post your opinions, but some are really hateful comments.

I just needed to bent my anger, don't take it too personally. I usually enjoyed reading most of the comments even it's something I don't agree with. Different opinions give me different prospects.

Oh that's right! Many Asian drama has TSUNDERE (cold surface, but warm inside) male, but ML here is very straight forward, and FL is cold but truth is warm and love him. She is struggling what to do with her love towards ML. It's not easy to flip flop of such feelings, That's why drama takes time to reconcile between them!

Can you tell me if FL did her voice or voice actor? ML is obviously voice actor, It just doesn't quite fit to Ding Yusi 😆 He is born in Shanghai and went to school there. His pronunciation should be fine, but i don't know why he didn't use his voice....

Anyway, FL is only 19 yrs old, but her acting is very well.

Thx for recommendations, I will look for them. And I'm so agree with you. I also stop reading the novel and I plan to read it after drama is over, I am truly enjoying this drama and I can see FL's inner thought here and there on screen. Her face expressions, body languages, side characters' comments/actions and etc. It's impossible to create every inner thoughts thru drama scenes. So it's all up to screen writer, director(s) and actors. Some ppl may feel director fails to show inner thought of FL, but I see it everywhere. Maybe becoz I didn't read the novel, so I have nothing to compare. I am pretty satisfy with how things are going.

It's a common frustration for readers that tv adaptations never live up to the novel, whether it’s because things just aren’t the way readers imagined. Or story is changed. Any number of things can make a book’s fans think the drama is disappointing. I read these complaints here, but thank god, someone opened up the 'novel discussion' above so that readers can freely discuss with full of spoilers.

Film is made for visuals, dialog, and action 'external'. Books are really good at getting into characters’ heads, ' internal'. It must be a hard job to be screenwriters and directors to adapt inner and external wisely. Obviously I am glad I am not one of them bcoz I don't think I can bare being roasted daily 😂. Anyway as non-reade, I am truly happy as is.
