I cannot find the old comments with link (I think it was Twitter). Author Tong Hua explained why Zhang Wan Yi (Gege) is #1 male lead. Does anyone know why Tong Hua made him #1 male lead?

Well, yes and No. I actually took early retirement last year and the 1st thing I wanted to do was watch C-drama all day long. And I've been doing it since. Driving my husband crazy, I know its unhealthy 😆 but I'm enjoying it. Anyway, this drama is one the BEST !

Oh Boy, some viewers commented Jing is boring, but after I read part of novel, I am fully in love with Jing. I think it’s up to everyone’s taste what type you like. Sweet and loyal lover Jing, bad boy vampire with full of passion, politically motivated and full of politic mind before love kind of guy CX, #4 seems to be a nice guy who will let you be the way you want but who doesn’t love you as much as you do. My analysis of 4 male leads.

U r welcome. What is so good about this drama for me is there are 4 diff. type of male leads who have totally different personalities. I never knew any other C-drama that has multiple main leads equally play their rolls. I truly enjoy this drama!
