Came here because I am addicted to LYN as Hao Du, and wondering if this will give me the withdrawls-fix I am looking…
I am hoping since we are just about halfway into the series they will amp up his screen time. Right now it seems we are only getting about maybe 5 mins give or take each episode of him.
This drama is so good. So far, I have enjoyed every single episode. I love the cases and the mystery and then the surprises, especially things I would have never thought or saw. The fighting scenes are choreographed really well. The costumes and the acting are all so well done.
Today's episodes were so good... I love when LXY and DFS officially met again, lol it was a funny scene. LXY was all nonchalant in their meeting, talking about learning to cook.
I am also loving Joseph Zeng's character in this. He is funny, smart(sometimes), and oblivious all at the same time.
I agree. It looks like she ends things, but if you watch the end credits, it looks like they may get back together,…
Yeah she is. It sucks though, cause sometimes she seems nice. In the end though, it is all about her and her career, so if anything gets in the way of that she does anything to remove that obstacle.
I am glad we got 2 episodes today. They were really good.
I can't believe HH wants to get another loan, when she has so many to pay back (although she shouldn't have to pay her husband's debts). I mean I understand it is for her mother, but she is just digging a financial grave for herself.
I do not like YY with that stupid young idiotic BF she has, luckily she ends it and I am so wishing it will stay that way. I really liked her chemistry with that guy (CEO) of the furniture company. I want more interactions of them together.
That story about the construction and real estate business was crazy. They were great undercover, but it sucked they can't air the footage. It is nice they kind of found a sort of backdoor, by having owners post online about it, but to have the higher ups being a slave to money sucks, but so true in today's society. I have a feeling that that Tang guy won't come through with his 3 million and I hope they will get to post the story.
As much as I am enjoying this and I really am, I want to see more of LYN's character. I feel like 15 episodes in and he is really just a support character and not a main character as they have listed.
I hope they start shooting this asap, and that this is, indeed, ZLS's next project!
Dylan Wang just started shooting Guardians of the Dafeng with Tian Xi Wei, so it will be awhile before he starts filming another drama if the casting for this is true.
Didn't expect that i would enjoy this so far😂😂 the screenwriting is nice, hopefully they won't drag so much,…
My thoughts on this drama exactly. I am loving every aspect of it. I started watching because of LYN as well and this isn't my normal drama type I watch and I surprisingly enjoying all the characters, acting, story and everything else. It is very good story that is making me very interested and staying so I can see how it develops and continues.
I can't believe with all the information she gave, she couldn't get a divorce. That really sucks. Also, I am so disappointed with Yuan Yuan, I thought she was getting a long with that girl that replaced her. I guess I should have seen it coming, she was pretty upset that the girl took over. But man what Yuan Yuan did was evil. I had a feeling when she said she was allergic to animals, that Yuan Yuan might do something.
Liu Yu Ning is everywhere singing OST's, but i never watched any of his dramas, The Long Ballad is in my list…
Me too, but I didn't pay much attention to the OSTs until recently. Particularly from Hidden Love, ZLS's songs were amazing. I mean I always liked the OSTs but I never really thought about them or paid that much attention and then when I started watching this and doing more research on Liu Yu Ning, and looked up his other dramas and then saw how much music he actually does and I am so impressed and now scouring (or rather listening and looking for) all his music lol.
I wish more people would watch this. It is definitely a lot more interesting than some of the dramas airing right now. The story is very good and the acting is even better.
If you have watched the K Drama Vincenzo, what he did to the antagonist at the end, imo, was the best ending ever…
So for the main antagonist he uses what the russian mafia calls "the spear of atonement" he tied the bad guy to a chair with a drill set up facing him and every 5 minutes the drill goes 5mm it is directed straight for his lung after 12 hrs the drill will finally pierce his lung and he will die.. watching it is way worse than writing it out....
another antagonist (the main one's second in command so to speak) he superglued/glued/plastered her barefeet to the ground and glued her to a chair, then used a fire sprinkler above her to douse her with gasoline, then turned on a record player, letting music play in the background, while he threw a lighter at her.
it was all pretty brutal, but their deaths were deserved....
I think the most critical I have is that these people keep blaming the wife for her husband's debts which she had no knowledge of and demanding she pay them back. I hate that part of the story.
This is not my usual drama or interest, but I am really liking this drama so far. A lot of the actors are not…
So, it aggravates me that they are threatening and making the wife pay for her husband's debts, how is that even legal especially since she isn't the one who signed the IOUs? I don't get it, it frustrates me. Also, what is the deal with the redhead (Yuan Yuan, I think it is) and her boyfriend, he seems to be owed money from the FL's husband as well? It is weird she would buy her car if FL's husband owed her boyfriend money. I do find the creditors on the funny side though, their exaggerations make this a bit more interesting. Anyone have any idea what really happened with her husband?
This is not my usual drama or interest, but I am really liking this drama so far. A lot of the actors are not ones I usually follow, but they are doing quite well. I mainly started this for LYN, but I am enjoying all of them. I am only on episode 2 and I have a few things that bug me, in the spoiler below...
Ma Si Chun is such an under rated actress, I wish more project from her. My ideal pairing would be Hu Ge and Ma…
I agree. I would love to see that pairing. I absolutely loved Ma Si Chun with Bai Jing Ting in You Are My Hero and also in Love Me if You Dare with Wallace Huo. She is such a fantastic actress.
