Still, I think the MDL Synopsis in regards to the ML and the SML needs replaced/updated because it makes the SML seem forefront which is confusing, and why I posted with my comment.

In the last paragraph on here:

"By chance, she and Zhang Jin Ran (SML) reunited, and the two of them won't miss each other this time." - This sounds like a tagline off the front of a romance novel for two main characters/lovers in the book. Trust me, I know. I've had to write a few of them.

"Fortunately, Zhang Jin Ran (again, SML) rescued her when her life was hanging by a thread." Since I've seen BTS where LYN is the one racing to rescue her. I think if MDL cleaned up the last paragraph, it might be more spot on, IMO.

My YouKu has "Synopsis coming soon..." I just hope the "new" synopsis gives a better, less confusing picture of the character's roles. Like I said above, whether LYN is a traditional romantic ML, we shall see.

Please don’t believe the lunatics who want to sow discord and create divisions between the leads’s fandoms. LYN, just a few days ago, when asked to name a drama with two lovers, called out him and ZLS’s name. That doesn’t sound like a man who doesn’t support this project. Give your HATE a rest. It’s like poison. The only person you’re harming with it is yourself.

In my opinion, the synopsis is a MESS. Below is a rough Google English translation of part of the synopsis on Youku's website (the one in the link above for where to watch).

Maybe there's a lot to read between the lines. For me, I deciphered more from this description and understood more on why their lives become so entangled. Is he a traditional romantic ML? That's still up for debate. Because we only have breadcrumbs (and plenty of unsubstantiated rumors) we're sort of left to our own imaginations. For me, that's a dangerous thing.

It goes on to read: "When the dust settled, Su Muzhe bravely reached the pinnacle of jewelry art at the Jewelery Fair, and many women who had originally succumbed to their fate also took on a new lease of life because of her."

I do think the overall theme and plot is the awe-inspiring journey and personal growth of Duan Wu. Who stands before her, behind her, and beside her, we will have to wait and see.

It looks like a youtube account that is AI generated. They seem very manipulative and they also post videos about Lusi and Leo Wu’s upcoming “wedding”. 🙄

We probably have 8 months before the release dates. With the popularity (especially internationally) Rumors and discussions are going to be like riding a rollercoaster. My only hope is for drama fans to enjoy the ride regardless and wholeheartedly appreciate this drama for what it is in the end.

Like in the saying: “She wasn’t looking for a Knight. She was looking for a sword.” ⚔️

I know. The vixen in me is, too. 😉 I tried to search the source of this rumor and it doesn’t seem too reliable. So, there is still hope the rumors are just that. 😊

With Liu Yuning as ML, I sort of expected no or minimal kissing scenes. Even in LLTG, the intimacy between Lusi and Leo Wu was very Vanilla. I still liked the pairing and the amazing story. As much as I LOVE kissing scenes in dramas, they don’t always make or break a great an epic drama. (I will still manifest a hot kissing scene, regardless).

There may be a love triangle trope though I think this is just one element of the entire epic story. From the trailer, this looks far from boring.

The trailer has me wanting to watch this even more. I really didn’t think that was possible. I’m loving everything about this series, and it won’t be released for another 8 months at least.
