By "Loyal male lead", it means he won't be cheating. Tho its possible that "Evil Friend" will have her convinced…
"manager male lead". Check the summary. designer/genera manager is played by Lee Ki Tae's character.
Husband is called "beloved husband who never raises his voice and prioritizes family over career" (description makes it seem like he either is a spy or an assassin, or a deranged serial killer). Plus, the "she was betrayed by people who she trusts" and "faces secrets that people around her hide".
I agree with you on most of her dramas but she did an excellent job in V.I.P. A very hard-to-watch series but…
Same. These days, I care way more about how the actor falls into his character (eyes, gestures, micro-expressions) than bad acting or horrible script. I will even give dull predictable shows a pass if the actors are good lmao.
It's a bl. A very famous bl. Who rec'd it without knowing?
You do you, boo. BL iw a genre just like romance or wuxia. My sister doesn't do wuxia or bls either, no matter how famous, that's why I was confused. I dont understand why people dont be transparent about stuff when recommending to people.
they normally over edit the promotional stills. he's always had that eye shape, but they sure did take away his…
I dont mean eye or eyebrows. I mean bone structure. His top half of face looks squarish here, but that could be the hairstyle. His face also looks flatter here (more pug, less dog), which could be cheek fillers. I also cant pinpoint what's wrong with his nose coz it looks pretty normal... But it looks like black mirror version of his old nose, someone made a very identical prosthetic idk, it just looks weird to me.
Idk if it's make-up, filters or plastic surgery but he just looks off in these pics
Bets on how long till badass Police Captain FL gets reduced to damsel in distress and the ML who doesn't have any police background becomes her saviour. Bonus points for love triangle.
Is it just me or he started looking disturbingly like Rowoon? I dont mean the overmade up face, I mean the whole face/bone structure. I can't exactly pinpoint but I think the top half of his face looks like Rowoon.
Edit: I checked his older pics and his face looks a lot normal in articles about Jisoo. But it looks more squarish/robotic here. I guess he got fillers or something.
If u are looking for modern representation in a historical movie, it's not exactly the makers fault. This is a…
Okay, while I had no intention of replying to this, I can't really help।myself. First, I dont really know your media background but as a reader AND a writer, there is thing called "eagle eye view" and "rabbit eye view". Eagle eye view, as u might be very well aware, is when u see the whole picture (which is how we see a movie or drama). But a rabbit eye view is when u only see one specific side of the story (like it happens in real life, u wont get the whole story until u talk to EVERYONE involved because each person has a different memory of the same event - u CANT be objective in real life).
Here, while, we, the audience knows the whole story (Yoonho's forbidden crush, and his friend who make or make like him back) as far Yoonho is concerned (Yoonho's rabbit eye) knows Jaewon is a straight man (because as closeted as he is, he never thought that his friend was anything less than normal).
It doesn't matter what the actual truth is. "Yoonho's truth" is that he is in unrequited love with a straight man. Which is also why he crossdressed as to confess just as Jaewon is leaving (because he doesn't have to deal with rejection in any way - as a woman or as a man).

I am VERY well aware of bury your gays trope. This aint it. The guy was a walking death flag right from scene 1 (he was already sick). "Bury your gays" trope is valid only if there is a sudden and unexpected death of gay character when u are least expecting it - like in MODC. Or in gay stories where they get sick and died AFTER the gay reveal.
Here, MC who was already sick and dying came to terms with his homosexuality and one-sided unrequited love for his straight friend.
U can be as annoyed as u want, idgaf but at least be annoyed for the right reasons
Say what you will about the movie, but Seol and Cho-hee unnie were the true MVP. It's so rare to find a good/strong female character in a bl, especially since she is a love rival as well.
Husband is called "beloved husband who never raises his voice and prioritizes family over career" (description makes it seem like he either is a spy or an assassin, or a deranged serial killer). Plus, the "she was betrayed by people who she trusts" and "faces secrets that people around her hide".
Well, atleast there's no love triangle 🤷🤷
