Lmao. I saw the trailer yesterday and was like "it looks disturbingly like Ideal Relationship" and lo and behold!…
They have been adapting thai bl novels. It is probably harder to buy rights to an international work, esp since Korea-bl industry has the first call to them.
I hope they follow the webtoon because it just adorable no drama fluff.
Wal isn't exactly bad guy in the webtoon. MC/Guy has crush on his popular playboy extrovert who keeps prioritizing his girlfriends over Guy and treating his casually (basically, he would be a scum asshole ex-boyfriend in any other bl). He does get angry and upset when Tiew comes into picture, but it is later revealed that it was because he afraid that he was losing his childhood best friend (he is possessive to an extent, MY best friend) and (b) he was worried that Guy was being tricked by some guy he met online (Guy just keeps calling him "a hyung I know/ hyung I met online)... And of course he was worried that his 20yr old best friend was hanging out with an actual middle-aged (mid 30s) GANGSTER, so kept trying to break them up (he thinks Guy is being blackmailed or threatened, and got protective lmao). He really loves Guy (but as a best friend). There are no romantic feelings between them.
I just hope they dont make it love triangle in the drama.
This is one of my favorite BL webtoon and I am 100% sure the story is going to be really amazing.
Lmao. I saw the trailer yesterday and was like "it looks disturbingly like Ideal Relationship" and lo and behold! It is. I had no idea they were even adapting it lmao.
As if he'll be allowed to remain happily single in the drama. The advertisers wouldn't like that.
It's a romcom about how a guy hates relationships and girl loves them. We all know how it turn out. In the end, he will realize how love is all that shizzz and fall for her.
Honestly, I would give my left lung and both my livers if they ever made a drama about a hot guy/girl who is happily and willingly solo (and not aro-ace) and stays single until the very end.
This is the 2nd or 3rd comment I have seen comparing 2gether with this drama. This is like comparing apples to eggplants - they aren't even in the same category. Also, 2gether for all it's faults is much better
I just finished binging the series and while this isn't the best series out there, it's definitely not the worst.…
The editing and scene transitions were whack and one od the main problems with drama. It's like they made a movie first, then decided to cut it into 8 parts to milk the fangirls
I watched 2 episodes after reading the reviews here and it was definitely good to lower my expectations, I was…
Lmao... This is EXACTLY what I have been struggling to put in words. I watched 2 eps, they were "decent enough" but that's it. The acting was the least of their problems, I liked Nine/Jihoon but Mill was okay for a guy of his experience. It was rest, the overall production quality, that left a lot to be desired. But then again, the manhwa isnt exactly winning a Pultizer either so I guess they balance each other out
Honestly, for idol dramas, and ESP idol bls, I tend to ignore reviews written by their fans. But ur review was pretty on point despite the higher rating. OOO is one of those groups which I tried to get into multiple times, but we just dont click. This is was one of my final attempts to get into them, but I guess we just aren't meant too lmao.
Though I do think Nine/Jihoon did an amazing job. He should honestly try for more romantic/bossy CEO type roles. KB was pretty good villain (it isn't everyday that u wanna kick ur bias in the face lmao) but honestly, bitchy mean-girl Rie just took the cake.
Checking the comments and now I’m not sure if I want to watch this drama 🤣
It's not bad, per se, it's just not how it was originally marketed as. If u watch it at face value, it is a decent enough typical school bl. But it was originally marketed as bully-victim enemies to lovers, abusive asshole rich guy/take no shit poor guy who is forced to work in sex industry "DANGEROUS" romance.
While the drama did briefly touch on those points, it is mostly romance and no danger.
I haven’t picked it up since episode 3, but I just want to know one thing: what’s the “dangerous” part…
If u try to watch it on full bladder while trying to drink a shot of plain tap water every time Perth gazes lovingly at Chimon or vice versa, u can understand why it is called so
I just hope they dont make it love triangle in the drama.
