I watched anime some time ago and I surprised myself when suddenly story seemed so familiar... I actually remembered from anime more than I expected... it was interesting...
I couldn't never hate the General, he was so dumb, always shirtless for no reason, always being outsmarted hahahahaEverytime…
I was reading comments before I started watching and I wondered: what a strange, shirtless general will this be? I expected someone trashed and unatractive - but what a surprise... it turned out to be one well shaped man, handsome on top... ye, I don't mind him showing his abs because he actually has them, just nice ones... ... probably they made him shirtless to contrast those atrophic, skin and bone leads that take baths and we think: you shouldn't show us - this... All in all, enjoyable, quirky and funny show!
You wrotte a good summary of this drama! It really has as many layers as there are characters and all of them are unique and special in their own way. But above all, this drama makes fun of cliches and at the same time uses them to infuse great comedic vibe. I really laughed out loud, so well written dialogs and inteligent use of all means possible. When princess "tortures" the best assasin... what a scene, with so many funny details!

I started Maids revenge but despite gorgeous ML I disliked FL, got enough of her being pushed arround in first eps... may be I will restart it again... Luckily, there are many more shorties out there and everyone can find ones of own liking... I actually live in the small country with almost zero own film production, there is may be one or two movies and series a year... hehe, really can't say we even have an entertaining industry like in other countries... I mostly don't like what is made, only documentaries and some shows for kids are worth menthioning. And lots of theathre. Because of this situation, watching foreign movie-drama production is natural. I watch English, European and dramaland of most Asian countries. Lots of peeps here are watching Turkish or J. American melodramas - which I don't, I tried some but it doesn't suit me... I also really can't take in Thai lakorns and Indian musicals... while the rest - from anime, donghua, J-K-C-dramas... I watch everything if I like it...

I did watch it and I liked it at the start but I lost interest somewhere at the middle and didn't finish it. I often have this problem that I like drama soomewhere to 15 - 20 eps and then... hm.. I get bored. This days I even found one that I watched it all. It's Love like the galaxy, it kept me interested till the end and I almost didn't skip anything. At the moment I'm on ep 16 of New life begins, shall see how this one goes on... I watch a lot of short dramas, I find them more fast paced and with less fillers which keeps me interested. Killer is also romantic, Queen of attack s1, Familiar stranger are some I really liked. There's really lots of them on YT. They are often made into compilation of eps so it's more comfortable to wach. Short and sweet, I like that.

Sassy princess... Oh, so from that overbearing jerk she turns into a crybaby? I didn't last for so long to see that - because I dropped it sooner... I also like ML actor, specially in Love of Thousand Years, but since then I haven't seen him in a drama that I would really like and finish watching... Sigh... Maybe I just watched too many dramas already....
She's considerably bigger than the average Cdrama FL, though I agree she's not that round.
By my impression most of Cdrama actresses are vey close to be anorexic. I find it refreshing that an actress who actually looks like a normal woman is casted in this drama. Pretty shure that by the body weight index she would still be in the range of normal weight. And her comedic acting is also quite good, so it's fun to watch.

But now I remembered that in one Kdrama there really was a big fuss because two sisters wanted to marry two men who were brothers... I didn't understand it then, either... Being big star and also working in the industry for quite a time - I suppose he should grow some hard skin by now. There are some options how to handle fans, one - being open and not care if they disagree with his way of managing his life or hide it so deep no one can know anything... Sometimes I'm shocked how toxic and delusional fans are, transfering fictional eksistence of celebrities into their real life... Come, on, peeps, all this celebs are as real as characters in anime, one can watch but never touch... they live in the world that hardly has any connection with that of common people... they are not called stars for nothing - as that reffers to fact how far from reality they are... Let them be happy if they can, if their hearts are able to love, but foremost, be happy ourselves, let's live our own lives to the fullest and not take such things too seriously...
