China had so many Rebirth dramas already such as Story of Kunning Palace, Blossom, The Princess Royal, Scent of Time, Lost Track of Time, Si Jin, and many more (even Short dramas also have so many Rebirth theme dramas).
I think The Glory production team wanna try something different like The Double. They modified the story and changed the Rebirth theme into another "method". The Rise of Ning also has the same case like The Double and The Glory.

I think Jiang Si novel is more similar to FLs in Lost Track of Time, The Double, and The Glory. The FL in those dramas calculated all her revenge plannings briliantly. They showed no mercy and take down their enemies one by one. Basically they are cruel for their enemies.
Blossom, Story of Kunning Palace, The Princess Royal are about changing the events to prevent the tragedies to happen. So their future can be changed and everyone will get the best ending that they deserved.
