Its all subjective in the end. I cant judge a drama is bad or not if I dont see it myself. I am the type of person who always give a chance to dramas, but in the end, my judgement is personal. I can like the drama or I can dislike the drama. So many factors determine the result. Especially my personal preferences.

I dont like One Dollar Lawyer from ep 9-11. Because i cant stand the unnecessary filler scenes and slapstick overacting comedy. That's personal opinions. But this drama maybe a masterpiece for other people.

I think Ahn Hyo Seop n Kim Se Jeong's chemistry is great. Even though its not as grand as Park Seo Joon n Park Min Young.

Because many ppl saw Business Proposal as a "rip-off" from WWSK. Similar set up of boss n ordinary worker love line, similar style of ML hair, similar image of ML personality (handsome and narcisstic), similar set up of chaebol family, Some ppl even said BP is a new parody of WWSK.

I think the more original character is 2nd couple. I like them more also. Their chemistry is very very great and their love story is much more interesting than 1st couple. They can even have their own drama for it.
