So was PSJ replaced Na Chul? I was wondering why they had listed Na Chul as Min Sung, before I noticing your comment.
wow, I just found out that PSJ was listed. They must have reshot it and gave his character a bigger role, the character went from support to main cast.
I couldn’t agree with you more. I was so glad when I saw Feng Shao Feng was in this ! He was beautiful in The…
I wholeheartedly agree, especially Wallace Chung in TSATB...he was a very mature character in that one but he brought the sizzle when the scene required it. And FSF does the same, I've always found him good looking, but I feel like he's actually gotten more attractive as he's aged.
I'm loving this so far. It's interesting, acting is good, FL is smart and capable, and chemistry between the leads…
They must be blind! FSF is very good looking, every time I see one of his dramas I'm reminded of how hot he is!! He's not the pretty boy look, which is super common and easy to find in a lot of dramas now a days, he's more mature and still dang good looking
Somebody posted a "trailer" and I got all excited thinking the show was about to drop, until I clicked it and it was from a different series wrong title :(
I never felt that Si Qi really was having a crush on the FL until after FL was with ML, then suddenly he's in love with her? That didn't make sense. Also I HATED how they pushed Qing Wu together with Si Qi and how they got romantically involved wasn't fluff it was super stalkerish and felt forced. I'd give this a watch if you're out of other things to go with, but it's not that great and frankly surprised it had such a high rating, a 7.3 would be more accurate imho.
Okay okay…. What the hell was that end?! It was like “Oh everything is perfect lets kill every important person…
unfortunately someone on youtube posted it would be a SE at the midway point of the drama and now I can't even finish it. I have to come here for spoilers so I can have closure without bawling out my eyes.
Since it's supposed to originally have 42 episodes and the new cap is 40 ep, I'm guessing they are sending it back to the editing room to make it work for the new requirements. Fingers crossed we get to see this one!
Looks like we have the same hobby. And I'm rewatching it again... And... Again 😊😊
No problem, it's been a few months since I last watched this show, I'll have to put it back on the rewatch list. I love it when people comment on old comments, it reminds me about the series :)

He's an very wealthy young master who does some stupid bad things early on in the series, if I remember right, and he starts off adversarial towards the FL when she first arrives in the big city, but he gradually changes...he's more brat than villain in my opinion.
I felt this drama would have done better with a tighter script and less episodes. It started to feel draggy and like they just added extra things to stretch and stretch it out longer. The second couple was the real redeeming feature of this romance drama because it really felt like the main leads were more best buddies rather then deeply in love. One of the things that I did appreciate is that this particular drama addressed a problem I've seen in other dramas too...it's amazing if you have a genius who cures an ailment or at least staves off death with a miracle medical device, but what happens if something happens to the genius? Who can fix the devices, upgrade them, or even just maintain them if a company goes bankrupt or if the inventor falls ill?
I would really like to watch this, I like ML actor, but I can't find English subs.
Look for it under the name Palace Scheme on youtube, DramaSweet channel is in the process of uploading it with English Subs, I haven't started it yet, but they have 26 ep out already and look to be uploading 2 ep a day currently, so won't be too long before it's fully released.
Tencent Video-Mini Drama channel on Ytube has a 3 hour version that makes all the videos compiled together so it's basically a long movie. I really enjoyed this and laughed a lot. I wasn't expecting the ending idk why, but I cried. The final ending scene though gave it a bit of redemption for me. I think they were both players, he wasn't an npc after all but because of the bug maybe he wasn't able to remember the real world and thought he really was that character?
This show was hilarious, really cracked me up so much. The real world FL was perfectly cast. I agree with some other comments the novel ML (not the real world ML) was pretty spineless and his relationship with the novel FL was just ugh, they really didn't have the connection and their story was pretty much doomed to fail. The real world FL and ML were cute and I loved their time together in the real world and in the novel. All this makes sense once you watch the drama. I had a fun time, most of the series was silly and it wasn't until the lead up to the finale that thing got more dark and angsty. In general though, the overall tone of the series was fun. :)
This took me more than one attempt to get attached enough to the characters to want to keep watching, I finally…
It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't a masterpiece...A pretty decent show but a bit too long and the redemption arc for Prince Cheng took waaaaay too long of him acting like an abusive and power hungry tyrant before he finally started swinging back towards the good side. He was never a good match for our FL especially compared to the Emperor, but I can understand why FL couldn't accept the Emperor until after he left his role for good and after his Empress had passed. I think he gave his throne to his son though when the son was too young yet to do it well.
This took me more than one attempt to get attached enough to the characters to want to keep watching, I finally made it through but it definitely won't be something I'll rewatch.
