I had this on my watchlist, but didn't realize it was still ongoing! I'm bingeing it but now that I know the last episode won't be released until tonight, I think I'll have to stop at episode 20, so I don't ruin the flow of the story as it races towards its conclusion.

idk, for me the apology was so light that it may as well not even have happened, compared to the level of bs he did at the start of the drama. Sadly it's pretty typical in cdramas to pretty much gloss over the abuse in the first half if enough screen time has happened between then and when the leads get together.

If you don't get frustrated by the fact that the ML never has to really apologize for his past behaviors and that for no logical reason the FL falls for him in the final few episodes...this one is actually still pretty good. The FL has a lot of plots thrown at her, but still still goes on the path that she wants and shines. I shipped her with the SML even in the final episode.

The acting was top notch, the story was pretty predictable by the second half though, but thankfully the episodes are short so I was able to binge it in about 2 hours.

I just keep hoping for some kind of update, it's been on the table for over a year without an announcement of who the FL will be or who the supporting cast will be either.

I'm really struggling to keep interested, if I'm bingeing several episodes in a row I seem ok, but the minute I have to bookmark it and stop to go do something else, I just don't feel compelled to start it back up again. I think it's the 40 episode problem again, too much filler and too many side characters stories eating up the episodes.
