I guess he felt that her approach was too business like? Cause she always started her emails with her name and the CEO of that company. He only accepted to meet her once she brought up that she was his junior instead of saying that she was the CEO wanting to meet him. I guess he wanted to see if she still remembered that they had some type of connection during their school days? (I'm not so sure )
What ep do they learn about each other's first love/novel/diary?
The ML knows she liked him 10 years ago because of the novel she wrote about him, right in the first episode, but he doesn't know whether she still does after 10 years. She doesn't know about the phone messages/drafts until episode 23.
