The newest trailer disappointed me, LBY is going to kill LQL's son simply because he didn't stay to hear fully what LQL said about him. Now he's determined to destroy everything. He's stupid. All because he thinks she thinks he aided in getting her almost killed. Honestly, I don't think LQL's son will die thought because it seems the former princess overhears what he's saying. She'll probably barge in to stop him and he will end up killing her. If she doesn't die saying her nephew I will be so surprised tbh.

As for 4th son and his wife, he's crying for what? You think your father doesn't/can't see through your evilness. Then his wife rants about how the prince won't succeed his position to any of his sons because they aren't worthy and tbh none of them are.

HL has his moments of being bright and has good ideas/ambitions but all his successes so far have been dependent on the smartness of his wives, particularly LQL. Given that, why would the prince feel comfortable giving up his throne yet? And the rest of the sons are evil and useless. I honestly feel bad for him tbh.

Also, apparently from the trailers, ep 28 is when the 8th son, He Lian Hua, is finally going to make an appearance...but I'm confused as to how his appearance will help He Lian Xiu...

I'm wondering what's going to happen to LBY because he now thinks that LQL mistakenly thought he was a part of trying to harm her when she had that map because of him in the first place. And he didn't stay to hear her say she doesn't think he'd ever do that...ugh is he going to start scheming against her now....I really was hopeful that he somehow wouldn't end up with a bad ending, especially to cause isn't he with the princess now?

Me too. I really want to still be invested when s2 comes out but if the other dramas that I was excited for are out by then...idk if I'll come back to this one. Sigh...hopefully December rumor is true.
