How does the original French series end?

They are starting to warm up to each other so who knows. Maybe with time because initially they hated each other. But they'd never do this spin off because LTGxRX fans would probably boycott/protest.

YY stays in An. That one consort chu's son is the emperor and LTG is regent until he comes of age.

This is still a 10/10 drama for me because realistically, given what they all did for a living, it makes sense that they all died.

LTG and YY get married and they have a good marital relationship. They are shown being caring towards each other which is sweet. However, YY still loves YL. I'm sure in the future her and LTG will probably come to love each other in some sort of way. CY ends up being the leader of her tribe and helping the young emperor/prince. It's implied towards the end she dies young though because she's seen talking to NYZ and RY's kid and then we see all of LH, RY and NY on horses. So...her ending is pretty sad. They only ones with a happy ending is LTG and YY.

When on the bright side, at least LTG and YY ended up together. Lmao, I'm sorry but I was secretly going back and forth between shipping them and YY and YL, but YL died so...there's that. Oh, and I got my wish of RY and NYZ having kids.

So I guess a journey to death wasn't too bad.

Hmm, I could see Roo Na doing that. But I also feel like maybe Se Eum really did it.

Honestly, I kind of like them together...I feel like they would be a great power couple since YL is going to be out of the picture.

This is an unnecessarily snarky comment especially because it wasn't certain how he would die or when, nor did people know when the show started that he would die in her arms.

I just saw a spoiler clip on Twitter, YL and YY promised to be together in their next life if there is one and then he died. I hate it here.

On a bright note, at least YL gets to confess to YY before he dies. I knew this coming tbh. I didn't know that SL would die before YL though.

Another spoiler I saw, RY had her hands around the prince's neck. I'm wondering if the Emperor of An will find out and believe what his son did. Or if he's going to welcome him back with open arms.

God, that entire family minus the Empress is so twisted in the head.
