I doubt it because in the previews she's seen talking him into other things too and he's actually listening to what she's saying. He's dumb. He was so worried about the Xue family power only to turn around and be controlled by one of them anyways because he likes sleeping with her.
I've never wanted to strangle a character more in my life. I really hope she dies in the end. That vicious hussy. Then she has the nerve to "punish" JXN in the upcoming trailer? The sheer audacity of that bitch. And the Emperor is actually listening to her? He deserves to lose everything. Dummy. You were iffy about the power of the Xue family only to make their daughter a consort and marry off your own sister? What kind of stupidity is that?
This is not story of XW. Some of you need to relax. Especially given that this is based on a novel which they seem to be following pretty consistently. If it bugs you that much, maybe stop watching reverse harem dramas or rebirth/rewind dramas since this clearly isn't your thing.

I'm mainly here for the female lead as well. I like her interactions with all 3 MLs but I'm getting annoyed with fans constantly attacking her character if she doesn't do something they want her to do.
This person is just upset because JXN is not in love with XW yet so now everything her and ZZ do is "foolish" when in actuality, based on their personalities, goals, and their own point of view, their actions are actually pretty logical.
I'm here for JXN anyway if fl make one mistake they are already calling her names like seriously I'm so pissed…

Personally, I don't have a favorite ship, I'm just enjoying the show, but it's so weird to see the constant slander of JXN. Yes, she a flawed character but they aren't even judging her on her actual flaws and instead on irrelevant stuff.
JXN went to the prison to give YL to money she raised for him and to say goodbye. XW didn't even tell her about this plan of his yet they are blaming her for "ruining" his plans when all she was trying to do was be a good friend to YL.
And then they're mad she's not reciprocating his affection when 1. he himself barely knows what his feelings are at this point, 2. he has almost killed her at one point and 3. she is afraid of him killing her. Given those things, why would she be in love with him atp in the story?
