While I don't ship the female lead with the other two at all, I would not go as far as to call people sick in the head. As long as they are aware that the other two male leads aren't the type of people you should go after or be okay with in real life, I don't see the problem as this is fiction. Plus...I haven't seen any comments like that on this MDL thread. Most people are all in agreement that the 3rd ml is .... hmm. Especially after that attempted r scene and a lot of people are annoyed with the 2nd ml as well.

In the novel, they didn't get married right away once DM switched places with DZ. Also, the switch wasn't as wholesome in the novel. DZ was very hesitant to marry SM in the novel, even more so imo than in the drama. She didn't like him yet as much as she does in the show.

As long as they aren't saying derogatory things or insulting her looks or outright lying, I really don't see the problem. Not everyone is not going to like everything or everyone and that's okay.

The book and the show are different but JY does like DZ. It's just she doesn't like him. And he has a funny way of showing it. It'll show more later in the show but you can kind of see it from the jail ep and this most recent ep.

Yeah tbh I'm not sure what's up with this because a lot of the time, if the show is based on a book, their families are never as terrible as in the shows. I don't know why this plot point is always added. I'm not saying DZ's family members are saints in the book, they have their weirdo moments, but they aren't that bad/evil and overall (besides stepmom and daughter) they love each other. It's tragic that they changed this tbh.

Tbh, the storyline for the show and the book are very different so we don't exactly know how things are going to play out. In the book SH was a pos and he wasn't from the same mother as SM. SM had a sister that got replaced with SH and was treated very badly outside. SM found out and brought her back to the estate and his relationship with SH and SY got worse. SM's father in the end gets his tongue cut off by SH because SY treats both SM and SH badly in the novel. He doesn't die. Also in the novel the FL's uncle isn't as bad as in the show. DZ is actually very close to her family and they protect her. There are times where they are annoying but they don't treat her the way they treat her in the show. Also, SM's uncle didn't die in the novel. He was badly tortured but survived in the end.

So yeah, your guess is as good as novel readers. Those who know what will happen probably got their hands on the leaked script.
