The novel started out very good, but it dragged on too long and the leads became less likable after they got married…
I disagree with this. All the people they went after were in the mist of planning to come after them. Such as the fl's stepmother, her sister, the male leads father, his brother to name a few. If they didn't do the things they did, the same fate in DZ's first life would have been repeated and I say this as someone who read the whole novel.
