Please no. That's usually when I start to fast forward... Sad but true. Do anyone know if the teasers that are on Viki are available on the web? Teaser 2 has a scene that looks like it's from the show, but it's hard to tell if this is just a deleted cut of something or a future scene.

A friend of mine who is also obsessed with this show and is Korean-American pointed out the line about the the CP not wanting to get a taste for something he can't have seems like a throw away line, but considering all the flower symbolism she thinks he might get a taste of the "fruit "that's fully ripe soon and have a real problem...lol. I will look into those. I am not familiar with either of those sites, but if anything can tide over this frustration of waiting for new episodes I am game. LOL...I normally don't watch weekly shows for the reason I HATE waiting.

The stuff in the beginning is a lot of foreshadowing. At some point, you may find yourself appreciating those episodes differently as the story progressed. I actually went back and rewatched the first three episodes again and they were more fascinating to watch knowing what comes later because again there is A LOT of foreshadowing.

I think it is sudden as well and I am hoping we get some director's cut episodes because there are scenes in the trailers that aren't in the episodes. But I still think Doek-Im accepted the hug for relief and as an acknowledgment of their shared moment as youngsters, but also because he didn't demand she return it. He's hugging her for dear life, and there seems to be a moment when she is reluctant to return his embrace, but finally gives in and pats his back gently. Then she closes her eyes like she's relieved to be able to hug him...and then the episode is over. Considering how they've been bookending their scenes, it's very possible the CP might go over board with the affection, so we still need to see how that scene ends in Ep. 9.
