You're welcome! Yes, they are same level good. Infact, both TanTai Jin & Xiang Liu even different are beautifully complex, selfless & amazing characters. They would do anything for person they love without burdening them with their feelings.

Luo yunxi & Tan jianci acting, visuals & expressions are wonderful. They nailed it.

Spoiler* White haired guy is 3rd ml, Xiang Liu. He is demon, so rough at first but changes & started to care & love her. He is FL soulmate (just like her parents) but unfortunately can't be together as he is indebt to his adoptive father but still without burdening FL with his love, help her to get happy ending with 2nd ml TSJ. XL didn't have anything like TSJ & CX but still died being loyal to both his love & duty in the end.

The title refers 1st ml CX losing FL forever while indirectly refers to FL losing XL forever. Its stated that she will never know how much Xiang Liu did for her & Jing happiness.

Why Season2 is said to air summer next year? They should air it according to previous rule like season 1, after 3 months this year. Hope there will be some official news soon.

Xiang liu is such a complex, selfless & beautiful character. The way his eyes hold love, helplessness, tenderness yet he smiles knowing all the shackles he is bound in. We don't even need to translate as everything is felt straight to our gut.

Tan Jianci acting is phenomenal. He portrayed Xiang Liu alive. His visuals & every mini expressions are so wonderful. ♥️

Its all about yearning. Title hinting at CX 1st ml. losing XY forever cause of his one sided love & obsession (season2 will be full of angst), while it also refers to XY losing Xiang liu forever. She endup with 2nd ml Tsj.

No, I didn't say he use his lives to Jing. I mean he saved Jing. Its hard to say if Xiaoyao ever come to know how much XL did for her & Jing. Some spoiler said, she won't know.

He used his 3 lives to revive XY again, then stabbed his heart to remove his lover bug so XY won't feel any backlash if anything happens to XL in the battle.

There is a possibility he loosed 1 live in slave fight in childhood & another in north. Hence, In the end, there's wasn't much left for XL. Its stated that, CX and his soldiers still fails to match Xiang Liu in battle, so they killed him with 100 arrows.

Yes, if Xiaoyao died then XiangLiu too. Watch Epi.-11 that old man explained it to Xiang liu. It can be only planted pair with mutual feeling. XY is primary so it can make XL feel every pain XY feels. In Epi. 30 XY actually died but while enduring her pain, XL was able to revive her with 1 lives while bringing her alive with his using blood for 37 yrs. (*Spoiler Season2, he again reviewed XY with his 3 lives). So, if lover bug was in TSJ or Xuan, then XY will be dead for real with no way back.

Its stated that XY loves both Jing & Xiang liu. Her lover bug reacted, as she was heartbroken cause of Jing. XL felt it. He understands her & always accompanied her in loneliness without burdening XY with his love.

Its baffling how, people forget that its not a simple love story. Its a Reverse Harem. I don't know how much did you see, but FOCUS on their character development. XL is a demon, hence is rough but later changed & started to care & love her. If you have problem with XL. Then Ok, imagine it without XL, Epi-30 already foreshadowed the real ending with dead XY, comatose Jing and guilty Xuan.

Focus on their character development. Imo, Cang Xuan projectiveness & Xiang liu silent love, care & protection are much better than Jing's family mess & affairs which hurts XY. It seems, production team mellowed XY character for Jing like a domestic wife soothing her husband while being harassed by her hypocrite rich in laws.

See, XL didn't have anything like CX and Jing but still without burdening XY with his love, silently protected her & led her to happiness with Tsj. Xiang liu died being loyal to both his love & duty in the end.

Apparently we have an anti here, mocking this drama, character, fighting scenes etc. The way he/she bluntly disregarding a character development is disrespecting. We can guess whose fan he/she is.

This story is not for children throwing tantrums. Its a Reverse Harem. Its not some simple love story. Its story is itself complex like its character. Better watch it without any hate or bias.

See, Xiang liu is demon, hence is rough in first but later changed & started to care for her. But biased people like you won't understand. XL is one who understands her most that's why without burdening her with his love, XL helps her in getting happiness with Jing.

Btw, in reality, if you are comfortable with an already engaged lover asking you to wait for 15yrs, while he solved his matters then ok, go do it. I seriously won't for sure.

Did I say its a bad thing? I prefer strong FL. She is superior in both sense, understanding & power. Ik, Tsj, situation but Jing has own insecurities in which he made her to promise to wait & not love any man for 15yrs. He is too doubtful on her. So that's why I prefer Xiao Yao over Jing more.

Ok. Imo, YZ has better & strong chemistry with other leads.

DW did good but Imo, he lacks the professionalism of Yang Zi. In their relationship, FL is strong & understanding than him. Luckily, their cp was top in domestic but I can't say internationally. There sweet chemistry feels artificial. Its not natural like her chemistry with other leads, like Cheng Yi in Immortal Samsara.

ZWY & TJC nailed it. Their performances are wonderful. Tan Jianci acting, visuals & expressions are amazing. He brought Xiang Liu alive, while Zhan WanYi is impressive in portraying Cang Xuan ambition. Yang Zi is a queen, she never disappoints. Casting director did a brilliant job choosing them.
