Why was he so sure that she was gonna die with him out of the picture? It makes no sense. She could've died even after they broke up, he didn't know that she wouldn't. And the fact that he is aware of the changes to the timeline as they are happening in the present is ??? when the timeline changes it just changes and he lives that life, for example the brief moment the daughter didn't exist and he mentioned her to his friend on the phone, if she didn't exist , he wouldn't know her either.

Agreed. My favorite genre is thriller/crime and Koreans really excell at it. It's the reason I started watching Korean media in the first place. They are at their best when they do their thing and don't give in too much to westernization.

The show is so much more interesting from the adult characters' angle. Episode 8 and 9 were definitely the best episodes so far.

no I didn't say it was too slow, I meant I hope it gets more interesting for me. everything is very clear and easy to follow and it's pretty fast paced, just so far I'm still not emotionally hooked. I get why everyone loves it tho :)

Idk it's not doing it for me, it's very unfocused. The premise is very compelling but the narrative not so much. It's definitely not bad, just missing something. I hope it kicks up in future episodes.
