I don't let ratings and comments affect my decision to watch a drama. If I had done that, I would have missed out on dramas that I now consider among my favorites. I watch a couple or so episodes then if the end episode is available, I watch it. Otherwise, I keep watching until I find it's not my cup of tea.

she is not a flirt at all, though she is flawed. she pretended to be a flirt for two reasons

she's smart but has character flaws. that's the main plot of the drama. a lot of educated people are like that.

Fireworks of My Heart proved the inefficacy of douban scoring and "monitoring".

antis include fans of other actors (if you notice, some antis plug their faves' dramas after criticizing this drama), yxh and water armies paid to defame the drama (discussion topic talks about them in more detail), those who are fond of nitpicking and viewers swayed by other antis

apparently, from eps 31 to 36, things get much sweeter

this drama is great for those who are not out to nitpick it but try to actually watch and immerse in it as dramas should be watched instead of looking for "flaws".

it's not just a few sweet moments but the comforting thought that the protagonists got their happily-ever-after
