I feel like they have a good chemistry than tan jianci had with female lead
Oh yeah, they get along great, I just meant as the characters they are acting. They weren't really supposed to have romantic chemistry in the beginning as they disliked each other.
Yay! People have been noticing it is also because so many people are pirating this drama. It makes sense though…
Yeah, people are making lists of those rating 1 stars and what dramas they rated 5 stars for to determine which fans are the worse and who has beef with who. π
People are so sharp, with the mirror within mirror placement for their first kiss, you see them kissing 3 times aka the 3 times TQ fell for SCC: https://v.douyin.com/i5qypTPa/
Episode 6 and I hate the male lead and I can't see how it could ever change. The concept is great but I want to…
TQ does own up to it later saying part of all the fallout later is because he was so persistent. I think you will end up feeling bad for him later on too though (especially in episode 8, SCC realized she misunderstood quite a bit of things about TQ). This drama does a good job on letting you know why he acted the way he did. πββοΈ And TQ goes through quite a lot in this drama so LOL, that will make up for the earlier scenes.
I really appreciate the writer for taking the time to develop the relationship between Tang Qi and Su Cheng Cheng.…
Yes, they have so many moments that are just natural passing moments that the camera doesn't make into slow-mo either. Even with today's episode, TQ knows SCC likes apples from FJ's arc and gave her the piece of apple right away. It was a quick 2-3 second scene that was part of a larger scene of them talking to the parents yet when you catch those moments, you really feel like they are a couple that exist irl.

Yes, I think FJ arc is when ppl will really begin "shipping" because with her, ppl can actually see more of SCC's personality coming through. Her guard was also down with TQ a lot more than compared with during the SM arc in which the dislike was a lot more obvious.
Is this ending on Saturday and should I watch it?ππ
Please do! I do have to say don't come into this drama expecting the ML/FL liking each other already. These two go through a bunch of trials and errors and had a lot of misunderstandings from their school days that make sense from their POVs. The first half is more about the growth of these individual characters before them coming together. It also literally has everything - comedy, sci-fi, "thriller", romance, angst, slice of life, etc.
It is really hard to just summarize this drama in one sentence so I will say just come into this drama open-minded because you might assume certain things about characters but that gets flipped on the head. This drama goes against a lot of the common romcom/romance tropes.
Heat index reached a new peak of 26,853. The expectation was actually just 26,500 for today but it went above the expected numbers so congrats for sure. π This drama definitely met its KPI for a modern drama for Tencent, and drama viewers are hoping to push this drama more to other people even when it ends just because they love it so much. π
And how was Shen Yi, sorry i mean Tang Qi, able to draw that old womans face? Did i miss something?
It was pretty subtle, but I think the implication was that SCC described her features to him (via text), and he drew it out. Unless he knew of that old woman, but I think it is more likely SCC described her features to him.

Them on XHS: "How do I help this drama raise the heat index? Do I just comment?"
