Not sure if this discrepancy is actually important or not for our final arc but C-viewers noticed:
In that yearbook photo that SCC and TQ was looking for (in order to have BMZ as the brand ambassador), the picture showed 5 women but there were 6 names underneath it. Meaning one person "disappeared". C-viewers think it might be linked to the SCC being invisible arc.
it would have been nice if they show su qingli and zhou arc as well
Tbh, I think the reason they didn't push it is because the common romance drama trope is the main characters' friends also end up with each other. You end up having 3+ pair of couples in the same friend group by the end of the drama. There is some implication that ZJL is awed by her, but this drama never does thing by the norm, so it is actually pretty refreshing that they didn't really push it more (as of now).
Yup, I love that we are finally getting into the lore of it though. I want to know why it was given to SCC, why it upgrades, why it is malfunctioning, what was the purpose in the first place, etc. I am sure there are scientific explanations since this drama has been leaning into it to explain all of this.
Despite their upcoming trial with the filter, episode 26/27 really showed us how in tune SCC and TQ are with each other. They were able to just get each other at a glance, working together for their work event problem, did their trial and errors together with the cup/phone, the "magic trick", etc.
SCC might be hesitant to open up their relationship at work at first, but I love how when it came down to it, she knows how much TQ wanted it to be known and allowed it. They are just such a good couple. There is just such a supportive and open reciprocity with these two.
As mentioned before, the statue (Tong Ren) and painting (Nian Hua) that SCC transformed into were likely a reference to Tong Hua (scriptwriter of this drama).
There were questions on why SCC didn't transform into the statue (Tong Ren) and the painting (Nian Hua) to apologize to TQ and the joke going around on C-platforms right now is because Tong Hua (the scriptwriter) never apologizes for her "crimes" (aka how she tends to end her dramas and for the pain she causes). 😂😂😂
I am cracking up. Someone pointed out that QST wears a tank top underneath likely because SCC is still a woman and doesn't feel comfortable with not wearing anything for her chest even as QST with no breasts. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚ People are truly analyzing these details down to the bone.
Every episode got like 5+ things happening, but they are paced so well and just makes so much sense. Definitely…
Yup, the first season worked because there was no ego involved. Everyone had their fair share of "highlight" moments, and you come to like all the characters. Billing really doesn't matter in the long run as long as your character is memorable, and your acting brought the character to life.

It was a bunch of different cases! There is a big/main one and it eventually involved the palace. Everyone has a brain in that drama, and it wasn't forced ship content either.
