Yes you are right. Maybe you can try some series from other countries, if you are interested. After dark is more on the horror side and also has a similar atmosphere. I would also recommend Influence. You may also like strangers from hell and children of nobody from Korea. I wouldn't call them exactly super similar, but they have some similarities regarding the dark theme, mystery and atmosphere.

I can't think of anything very similar to this, but beyond evil is similar in terms of the atmosphere and the "I don't know what is going on" theme. The guest is also horror with a dark atmosphere.

They are different genres, but they definitely both keep you on edge for different reasons. They have a similar atmosphere though.

Thanks for the info. Maybe they got inspired from Hinduism to create the whole cult thing. I mean that maybe they deliberately made the symbols similar but also different, since it is suppose to be some kind of cult. No matter the case though, since the series is based on the cult, I don't think the tag is wrong. The symbols can be considered religious even if they exist in real life or even if they don't, since supposedly there is a cult with their own religious symbols. However if you want to change it, I am sure there is a way. Maybe you should try the edit button on the series page

It is really good so far and it is also great to watch it while airing. It has great acting and a quite well written plot. It keeps you on edge and has a serious tone and dark atmosphere.

Thanks for the site. I get what you mean, probably because there are not subs available in greek it appears not being available at all. However I don't know how accurate the site is. Unless I am searching something incorrectly, it says that Squid game is available in 38 countries when it is available in over 80. Frankly speaking Ji Soo is starring in this series which basically means that it is a money making machine, so they will make it available in as many countries as possible.
