It just depends. My Journey To You, the FL was an assassin and spy, pretended and manipulated the ML too, faked her entire background, the ML forgave her within an episode, so not all dramas are like that. Things should be done reasonably. It's not always a female versus male thing.

Oh don't worry. This drama took their time, too much time, 8-14 episodes for them to reconcile, so it'll probably be to your liking. 😂

I really enjoyed Ziyu and Xue Ji. They had little scenes but VERY well developed, way better than ZQ and HZ. I can see how he falls in love with her and moves on from LMT. She's just as intelligent, brave, and lovable.

Rewatching some scenes and still laughing at how funny CXZ is at every situation. 😂

Xue Ji's conversation with Ziyu literally saved Liu Miantang from being kept like that bird in a cage.
