So I have yet to read the novel or reach the end of the drama BUT from spoilers I read here and some speculations of mine while watching, I've come to the conclusion that ML is the Black panther demon right? Then how was the novel ending happy when we know he is a demon aka immortal (or at least able to leave for many centuries) while FL is mortal right? So even if they are to get together, it would only be for a short while considering a human's lifespan right? So how did that work in the novel ending?

Well their acting is definitely an improvement compared to Cutie Pie but for me it’s still far from perfect. Personally, I consider acting truly good when the actors manage to draw me into the world build of the drama, to the point where I forget they're acting because they blend in so naturally. That's what I call perfect or amazing! Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Nunew tends to overact in some scenes with exaggerated expressions and while Zee's performance is better overall it still has its weak moments. But hey each to their own! ^^
So, umm I just started watching this today and so far I am absolutely loving it! But after checking some of the reviews, most of them are talking about how bad or unsatisfactory the ending was...So now I am kinda scared to continue...Can someone please spoil me with the ending roughly? About what exactly happens in the end to our leads!
Technically its Better, NO Draging of plot, NO unwanted plot twists, Short and sweet straight to the point 💯…
Well personally I think it's case by case...Beacuse for a drama like RP it makes a little difference since it's a slice of life medical drama with multiple cases showing up every other ep, so it could literally keep going even with 24 eps (basically season 1+2 script) as long as the scriptwriter stays the same and has thought out about each episode's plot beforehand. But for some other dramas that could definitely work!
I finally had some time to check this out and honestly by Thai BL standards, it's above average. Episode 1 already shows a major production budget behind it and the script/plot seem pretty solid so far. If there's a weak point, it's the acting but to be fair that’s a common issue in 90% of Thai BLs, so it’s not unexpected. Be it leads or supporting casts, there will be multiple cases of actors lacking in something when it comes to their acting performances in most of them. That said, the performances in Ep1 are watchable.
Overall, it's a strong opening. My main concern rn is whether the plot and writing can maintain this level all the way through. I just really hope they avoid over the top comedy scenes some Thai bl throw in and don’t go overboard with the number of R-rated scenes... With the kind of production value they’ve put into this, it deserves a well-written script to match it. So I guess we will see in the long run how this one goes from here~

Jaeil having a moment with his fan from kpop era had me both laughing my ass off AND at the same time having a moment of self reflection as a fan myself lol But it was also portrayed in a heartwarming way~ Btw jaelous Sabi is everything haha

Samee, I desperately need at least one more season of this too! 😭 It finally started getting really good after around ep 5-6 for me, we’re seeing real character growth, progress and such strong development in their relationships and teamwork on each ep. I’d love to see even more of that explored! Honestly the great thing about series like this is that as a slice-of-life centered show around one profession, they have so much potential for multiple seasons! I really hope the crew will see the hype it got and consider it!

Cannot wait to watch it later today!! >< ALSO I ended up watching ep10 preview and omg you guys it's sooo packed!! We got Yiyoung/Dowong couple moments and talks of moving in together, Yiyoung and Namgyeong fighting lol and we also got Sabi/Jaeil cute moment! AND last but not least Ikjun and his wifey Songhwa holding hands while walking in the hospital!!

Actually as far as I can tell it wasn't canceled, it's just that this is a limited series on Netflix? Which typically means the story is wrapped up in one season with no plans for a follow-up. That being said, there have been exceptions where a show gained popularity and they decided to add more seasons before... We also have to keep in mind that this isn’t a Netflix original so the decision about whether there will be more seasons ultimately rests with TVN. The PD even mentioned in an interview that the original plan was for just one season, but if there's enough fan interest and it does well a second season is always possible! Personally I’m also hoping for another season! Ever since episode 4 the show has been getting so good and really growing on me so I’d be sad to see it end after just 12 episodes.
I wish every episode was this good. I was slightly struggling in the beginning.
Oh, I totally get you about the begining part but honestly that's how it is with most dramas... You usually need the first 1-2 episodes to lay the foundation and start building their way up. It’s pretty rare for me to find a drama I love right away from episode 1 and even when they do start strong, they often lose steam halfway through. So, I actually preferit when a show takes its time to develop and improves with each episode! I just wish there were more than just 12 episodes and 1 season... I’m really going to miss this!

Actually even the PD admitted in an interview that somehow Nam Gyeong ended up with the most emotional and tear-jerking scenes throughout the entire series lol So us crying the most on her parts kinda makes sense! The actress also mentioned that every time she filmed one of these emotional moments, it would take her a while to snap out of it as the tears just wouldn’t stop flowing.
