Nope, the one in XiaoYao is Ming Ye's scale. They may have erased Di Mian's scale all together for the plot. In the novel there was no Ming Ye scale at all if you remember, no artifact cleaning and no devil - God war explanation that was detailed (during the dream sequence!) Also no explanation how YBCs scale went to TTJ. But now it all makes sense.
